Final pieces to the pattern assignment for screen-printing 1. Played with design as well as color. One of the main pieces is printed on a 3 foot by 5 foot piece of plywood. The other main piece use the same snail motif, but it’s printed on a 2 foot by 3.5 foot piece of bristol board. The rest of the pieces are printed on 9in. by 12in. bristol board.

Screen printing patterns. This guy was drawn in my sketchbook. Then I scanned him in to my computer and digitally drew him using my first sketch. He then became a pattern using photoshop. I had him printed on a clear sheet and transferred him to my screen using photo emulsion. Now he is being printed by hand, only 1 layer so far, but I want to put more on top of him, or some kind of background.

More monoprints. These were made using washable markers on the cube and the shapes prints. The rubbing prints were using watercolor markers. Really enjoying the markers the best.
