Last night, the first commissioned cutting board was picked up by Otis Collins, owner of @modz foodz. He has served here in the past and more to come in the future. If you’re looking for Amazing BBQ catering, we highly recommend him. He’s a hard working individual with the right drive to make it happen. He even printed Benford nightlights -very cool. I spent the first 7 years of this brewery business running from Nashville, TN - Wilmington, NC - Hilton Head, SC and everywhere in between trying to sell a keg of beer while 300 breweries where right behind me doing the same thing. The past two years of this mess has shown that we have everything right here to make a diversify brewery and farm operation work. It’s more fun, creative and profitable than running around slinging out swag to very person promising to promote you! We greatly appreciate all the retailers who support us, and you know who you are. But….. if I have to beg to place a keg, it’s not worth it. It only takes one to get the ball rolling, so if you are looking for something custom made and challenging, let me know! Yes….. today The Real Bearded Santa visits our farm from 4:30-7:30. The weather is looking a little dicey, but a vintage Victorian chair showed up at the brewery yesterday with a note that we needed to move inside. We threw up some lights and we are ready for his visit. @decarnesomosgrill will be serving dinner and fires will be burning for your kids to roast marshmallows.
