Could you imagine if Seven was in the Day of the Doctor lmao
My man would have just quietly activated the Moment and walked out while the others were still arguing about it

can i just say how much I loved archie panjabi as the rani in these two episodes. she's a wicked witch abducting babies rapunzel style she's a mad scientist with her bone beasts and big sky laboratory she's flying around on her green goblin segway she's having beef with her past regeneration she's dancing with the doctor and dropping lesbian one liners on mel. panjabi!rani you will always be famous

I get the idea behind it but I'm begging Doctor Who to get some companions who aren't girls in their early twenties who happen to come from the same year the series is aired, please I'll lend you my idea for a tragic gladiator who's saved from slavery and fighting to the death by space adventures only to find there's still horribleness and fighting everywhere/when and who has historical tidbits to drop all the time. Get a zany alien. Hell, get Amelia Earhart or something.

the weirdly vengeful and petty tones aborted babies take in pro-life propaganda images are so funny like this passive aggressive "was it worth it mommy?" and "it's a shame you can't join me in heaven mommy 😔" like do you ever wonder if you were aborted for a reason you little bitch ass baby

doctor who is so silly because, yes, it has a huge following, but, there is also a secret mini-fandom that lives off obscure books and worships Paul Mcgann.

I’ve not posted a sketch dump in months, mainly because I’ve not been overly happy with my work, but as it’s Wednesday and there’s a Bush in this set I thought I’d set it free.

we need a big finish boxset with archie panjabi tht picks up immediately after the events of the reality war where the rani escapes from the underverse and is stuck on modern day earth without any of her tech, on the run from unit, and maybe gets begrudgingly lumbered with a relentlessly cheerful human companion who just won't leave her alone

I highly recommend watching Class if you like:
Doctor Who eu media
Well-written queer romance
The general vibes of the Capaldi era
Twelve (he appears in the first episode)
Cvnty morally ambiguous female characters with guns
Who with a dark edge (but less camp than Torchwood)
I won't lie and say it's a perfect series - the dialogue is definitely clunky at times (dare I even say cringe), and the two parter in the middle almost lost me. But really, what hooked me into the series was the setting and the characters.
The closest show in terms of tone is definitely Torchwood, but I'd personally consider the first and only season of Class to be leagues above the first season of Torchwood.
Plus, it's only eight episodes, so if you hate it then it's not like you wasted a lot of your time.
Why did I do this do myself
Why did I think that it was a good idea to watch Class for the first time
I'm now obsessed with a show from nearly ten years ago that was cancelled after eight episodes and almost nobody else gives a single shit about or even likes
