Patience is not the ability to wait for something. Patience is our attitude towards waiting. And the truth is we are becoming more and more impatient, mostly because we are now used to have everything at our fingertips, 24/7. The Weakness of Attitude becomes Weakness of Character
In the Jungle, Elephant is the largest. In the Jungle, Cheetah is the fastest. In the Jungle, Fox is the wisest In the Jungle, Giraffe is the tallest
still, Lion is considered the King of the Jungle although it doesn’t possess the characteristics mentioned below.
A large number of instances in our lives where we gain the confidence to do whatever we want to do, with no hesitations, and no back thinking of what might happen when we do such things. But most of the time we don’t see these instances because of the weaknesses we built in ourselves. Let me share you a story of a man with so much self-esteem but suddenly became afraid of everything he does. Can he still gain strength? or he’ll continue to be one of the left-outs?
There was a very funny, lively, little guy who’s very active in school since then. Each contest, activities, programs inside the school, he always joins with no hesitation. even student organization, there’s no feeling of fear inside him. But why is it he became like this? It’s because of the support and love given to him by his family and friends. His Sisters are always present in every contest, his Mom became the dancing stage of his journey and one of the great supporters both moral and financial.
When he turned High School, this guys just stopped from being part of anything inside the school not because of the judgment but because of lack of support. It is true that every clap of people, every smile, and every good lucks from them contributes a lot to one’s character and it plays as a signal for someone that he/she is doing great.
He then realizes that he can’t do things without the support of other people most especially from the family and friends. And it suddenly shuts everything in a blink of an eye. But this man thinks otherwise, he appreciates being alone and starts on becoming great once again with all by himself. He then strives harder to become the best version of himself. Every day, he turns the tables, he turns the weaknesses into his strengths, he taught himself how to be strong and courageous enough to face the challenges he’s into.
And that man is me, Benito S. Estrada Jr. sating, you don’t have to be the smartest, you don’t have to be the fastest nor tallest to become great. Just be courageous and be a man to stand up for yourself. Always bring out the lion in you.

Stress Management really doesn’t apply to me as an individual, but why not try? I already embraced stress as a part of me, it always gives me negative feedback and outlook on things I can’t control, but somehow give me motivations on doing things in the right way. For today’s blog, I will be presenting you my Stress Management Plan” A Self Care Plan
First, identify the sources of stress in your life. This is a very important stat in managing your stress, because sometimes, just like what I’ve said, when we are stressed-out, we tend to see things negatively so we see everything as stress. It is important to know first hand the things that give us stress.
Next, practice the 4 A’s of stress management, that is, Avoid,
Alter,
Adapt &
Accept
We have to AVOID unnecessary stress. I’ve mentioned earlier that not all stress is just stressing, some of these may help us in improving and becoming great once again just like the school. We see school as one of the huge stress we face in our everyday life, but this stress helps us in becoming who we will be in the future. And to avoid these stresses, we need to learn a few things: Learn how to say “no.”; Avoid people who stress you out; Take control of your environment; Pare down your to-do list.
Sometimes, we are not in control of the stress so we cannot avoid it. And if we can’t avoid it, we can at least, ALTER it. We have to express our feelings instead of bottling them up. Be willing to compromise and create a balanced schedule.
The third thing we need to remember is to Adapt the stressors. If sometimes you cannot avoid the stressor, change yourself, learn to adjust on the things that makes us stress. Reframe problems, look at the big picture of different situations, adjust your standards, sometimes, it’s just us that makes us stress. And most importantly, practice gratitude.
Lastly, not everything is changeable. We sometimes need to accept the things that we cannot change. Don’t try to control the uncontrollable, look for the upside, learn to forgive, and always, please, always share your feelings.

People in today’s generation, became more and more idealistic when it comes to Material things. We see everything with value and price, we make different meanings to every material things we have. But, does this help us to know who we really are? Do these things make us who we are? For today’s blog, I would like to discuss my Material Self. I was raised in a poor family where my Mother is the only breadwinner. I have 6 more siblings, 4 of these, has their own family so they’re not able to help my Mother in our everyday lives. My Mother’s regular job gives us the only hope to live and to stay alive day by day. Since then, our mom never taught us about being materialistic, but this doesn’t mean that we didn’t value things accordingly.
Because of the family set-up, personal things bought for ourselves and by my Mother were minimal. We buy bags, shoes, school materials, new clothing, and everything just once a year, that’s when we value those things, they are from my Mom’s hard work and perseverance in raising us all. Each and every new thing in my life signifies the blood, sweat, and tears offered to us by Mom.
To be honest, when I am sad, when I need assurance or help when I need comfort, that’s the only thing that my spiritual self activates. Yes, when I only need it. Before I was spiritually inclined to religions for these things may help me in a very new and different way but at some point in my life, I asked myself,
“Are all this true?”
That’s when I started to question everything about celestial beings and different beliefs when it comes to Religion.

The Dreamer’ Dreams
I believe that dreamers are the ones who never sleeps. Every single second in the clock is worth doing something, and man is a genius every time they dream. On my fourth blog, I will show you my Dream Board that contains my greatest dream and goals in life, arranged from the least and the most priority. This Dream Board will represent my short term and long term happiness.
First and foremost, I would like to start my dream with the dream to be with the idols. Bangtan Sonyeondan or in their popular band name BTS are currently conquering the world not because they’re good looking, good at dancing and singing (yeah those are factors) but because of their campaign as they join hands with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to stage campaigns against violence toward children and teens around the world, with the hope of making the world a better place through music. Actually, on the 73rd United Nations General Assembly for Generation Unlimited, BTS had their chance to give a speech in line with their LOVE MYSELF Campaign. One of the most inspiring line in the speech is “ No matter who you are, where you’re from, your skin colour, gender identity: speak yourself.” Following their next album Love Yourself series, songs are about loving one's self. This is the real reason why I love this band so much, some bands are better than them, some have the most blessed and beautiful faces than them, but BTS became my favourite because of their goal which became one of my goals also. To meet them and be one of them. Be one of those who will end violence in children most especially in schools.
Second in my Dream Board as you can see is a black house. One of my greatest dreams is to have my own house built in a very calming environment and I want it in colour black. Black represents the colour of Mystery, it covers, hides, and implies that there is a barrier. Black is also formal and sophisticated, and also represents pessimism which represents my SELF. Once I got this house, this will be my first stepping stone in achieving my other goals. This house will be my starting point in becoming contented in life.
Third, Graduation. I really wanted to have that experience wearing a black toga inside a very large arena/venue and celebrating my completion as a student. Graduation is the most important part of each and every student around the world. Once you graduated, you do whatever you want, you can be whoever you wanted to be with hard work and patience.
Lastly, and the most important of all my goals is to help my brother and my sisters secure our family’s future. I dream for my family’s good health, I dream for my family’s happiness, I dream for my family’s security, I dream fro my family’s contentment in life.

The Meritorious approach of the Montessori
Maria Tecla Artemisia Montessori
"Maria Montessori"
Early Life
Montessori was born on August 31 in 1870, she was an Italian physician and educator that has a huge contribution in the World’s history of education. This contribution even bears her name, the Montessori schools. At an early age, Montessori broke the gender barrier when she started school at an all-boys technical school with the hopes of becoming an engineer. She then had a change of heart and mind when she decides to take up medicine at the Sapienza University of Rome where she graduated with honors in 1896.
Her father, Alessandro Montessori was an official of the Ministry of Finance and her mother, Renilde Stoppani was the great-niece of Italian geologist and paleontologist Antonio Stoppani.
Montessori worked with and researched so-called "phrenasthenic" or the children experiencing some form of mental retardation, illness, or disability. She was also an advocate for women's rights and education for mentally disabled children.
During her early education, Montessori entered a public elementary school at the age of 6 in 1876. In 1884, she entered a secondary technical school where studied Italian, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, accounting, history, geography, and sciences. At the age of 16, she continued her study in a technical institute Regio Instituto Tecnico Leonardo da Vinci studying Italian, mathematics, history, geography, geometric, and ornate drawing, physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, and two foreign languages
Montessori's work developing what she would later call "scientific pedagogy" continued over the next few years. Still, in 1902, Montessori presented a report at a second national pedagogical congress in Naples. She published two articles on pedagogy in 1903, and two more the following year. In 1903 and 1904, she conducted anthropological research with Italian schoolchildren, and in 1904 she was qualified as a free lecturer in anthropology for the University of Rome. She was appointed to lecture in the Pedagogic School at the University and continued in the position until 1908
On March 31, 1898, her only child was born named Mario Montessori. In 1901, Montessori left the Orth phrenic School and her private practice, and in 1902 she enrolled in the philosophy degree course at the University of Rome. She studied theoretical and moral philosophy, history of philosophy, and psychology as such, but she did not graduate. She also pursued independent study in anthropology and educational philosophy, conducted observations and experimental research in elementary schools, and revisited the work of Itard and Séguin, translating their books into handwritten Italian. During this time she began to consider adapting her methods of educating mentally disabled children to mainstream education.
Montessori published a number of books, articles, and pamphlets during her lifetime, often in Italian, but sometimes first in English. According to Kramer, "the major works published before 1920, were written in Italian by her and translated under her supervision." However, many of her later works were transcribed from her lectures, often in translation, and only later published in book form.
Montessori's major works are given here in order of their first publication, with significant revisions and translations.

Benni Best Timeline
19 years ago, at the 14th day of September year 2000 a healthy baby boy was born named Benito, yes its me. 5th child of my parents, in this blog, I will present the most signifant events in my entire life.

First is my Father's death, he died in January 11, 2003 in a car accident. This became a huge downfall to our family. At a very young age I was taken care of different people instead of my mom since she's still in huge grief due to my Father's Death. This where I developed Trust vs. Mistrust.

This photo was taken during my Elementary Field Demonstration presentation. Elementary stage is where I started to join different clubs and organizations to be able to improve my abilities and skills through activities. Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt can be reflected as I started to overcomw different scenarios in life. In this stage of my life I also had the self control wherein I can independently decide where to join and what to join.

This photo naman was taken right after my Junior high Recignition Rights back in 2016. I was awarded a special award for contributing different events and programs that helped the students in our institution. As I became part of the Student Council in our school I started receiving different criticisms from different students as well as teachers. Some helped me to become better in my field by appreciating and acknowledging all the efforts I exerted. On the other hand, there's still people that makes me feel inferior to them thus, it results to a downfall in my self esteem. Industry vs. Inferiority will reflect during this part of my life.

This was taken last May 9 this year as I finished my Senior High School Journey. This became significant to me since this was the last page in my high school life. During these days, different characters or personalities appeared in my book of life. Some people come and eventually they go. I remember one of my teachers said that "People come and go, if they came, thank them for coming, and if they go, still thank them for what they have contributed to you as a person". Intimacy vs. Isolation can be seen at this stage since I was really emotionally attached to my family, to my friends, crushes, and different people in my life.

Now, as I take the steps in my college journey, I'm still looking forward to a new beginning where I'm able to meet new people that may help me hone myself.

Today's blog is about answering to questions that was given by my professor. First, what's one thing you have in your bag that you wish to have forever?, and If you were given a chance to create something that'll make your life easier, what is it?
First, I see myself as a very organized person wherein I always arrange my things in school properly and with accordance to their specifications. Every week I always clean my bag to, I put different study materials and paraphernalia and also I remove some. But there is only one thing that I never ever tried to remove inside my bag and that is my photo together with my 2 beautiful and my all time favorite people, my bestfriends. These two are actually my cousins, we grew up together, we know each other, we share different things and ideas throughout our life. Each of us possesses different personality and attitudes, despite that we learn to manage the relationship we have, not just as cousins but as best of friends. I always put this picture in my bag for this symbolizes that our friendship is always present wherever I go. I sometimes consider this as my lucky charm.
To answer the second question, if I were given a chance to invent something that would make my life easier, I would like to invent an automatic spy cam. A spy cam that can probably secure my families protection. I always wanted to check out my family's condition from time to time most especially my Mom. Though we see each other everyday, I always have this feeling inside me that something might happen.

"A great relationship starts with finding out the similarities and accepting the differences"
Today's blog is all about my first ever activity at PNU. It was the first day of the college year, of course, students aren't yet familiar with each other and we have this awkward feeling between each and every one. To break this awkwardness surrounding our classroom, my professor, Dr. Awee Hibanada thinks of something that might help us to know more about each other. She told us to prepare a 1 whole sheet of Yellow Paper and start a conversation with anyone in the class and find out our similarities/commonalities. She gave us a couple of minutes to find out 30 different similarities from different people in the class. As we go along the activity, I got the chance to say hi and know more about my classmates. The exciting part here is that I'll be able to know who among them likes what I like and loves what I love, well people with common grounds can be best friends in the long run. So, where am I probably going to ask first? Of course my seatmate, Emman. Emman is good at swimming, he likes to swim and indeed he can compete in different swimming activities. I also had the chance to talk to those funny people that of course, I found out that they have some traits and characteristics that are similar to mine. Mitzi is also a Kpop fan, Doreen and I have the same type of hair which is curly, Louise's birthday is 2 days prior to mine. Arthur's favourite colour is my favourite colour too, and of course, my favourite result I got is that Resty is an ARMY. All in all, I collected 18 different similarities from different people. I may not succeed but the joy I felt during the activity is priceless.
I learned that despite the differences we see on each other's physicality, our innermost ability, skills, character, even hobbies can help us to build a really good relationship to anyone. Just like they say, "there is more than meets the eye".
