Nicolas watched the other carefully as he spoke. To be quite honest with himself, Nico was still somewhat uneasy with the idea of partnering up with someone he knew absolutely nothing about. Though at this point, if he wanted to get out of this shit-hole, risks had to be taken.

The twilight shifted his weight onto his right leg as he thought to himself about the situation. After a few moments, he grunted. There really wasn't any other choice. He decided he'd hear this Dio guy out, but of course he'd still stay cautious. One wrong move and Nico wouldn't hesitate to rip this guy a new one. Nicolas called out, hoping to grab the others attention before he left.

"...H..ey...."

Having successfully gotten the other man’s attention, Dio decided he could take it easy and act friendlier. But first things first, an introduction was in order. He held his hand out to the man seeing as he was in a more relaxed state now.

"My name is Dio. As you can tell, this city houses many supernatural beings. I wouldn’t like to believe it myself," he paused. "But with their help, there is a possible way to cause enough trouble in Citta and get the attention of the scientists. Once they reveal themselves, there is a possible way to infiltrate their hideout which is most likely situated in the city itself. That’s only the gist of it. Still with me?"

Dio had planned more than he revealed, but he didn’t want the mysterious man to suddenly turn against him and use his plan. He couldn’t lay out the entire foundation. He couldn’t let it backfire. Plus those pesky scientists were watching their precious test subjects.

"I can’t say any more. We’re being watched." He sighed a little, and then continued. "It’s up to you to believe me or not, but I assure that it’ll be worth your time. I would like to form an alliance with you. Of course, you are free to act as you will until I collect enough members to go on with my plan. Even then, I would not restrict you."

Another pause.

"I don’t have much time to act. If they are truly watching our every move, they must have noticed what I’m up to. Think about it. You know where to find me," Dio said and turned around. He walked up to the edge of the rooftop, ready to free-fall down. He didn’t have any time to waste now that he’d made contact with another and revealed part of his plan.
