*Anon sighs deeply*

I didn't know you were gonna be such a wimp about it! Whatever, here's your stuff! I was just trying to have fun, can't you take a joke?! Why do you have to be so damn sensitive!

*Beetle smiles for a second at getting her stuff back, but starts crying again as anon berates him. They try to apologize but can't get the words out before anon leaves. They hug their teddy for comfort.*

Beetle, honey, are you okay??? Who took your stuff?

*Beetle hugs Abby. They're still sobbing uncontrollably but he's barely managing to choke up the word "anon"*

*Beetle just presses herself against Crowley, but the tiny bug phone she has is unlocked close to his bed, clearly displaying an anonymous ask about stealing their blanket*

*The bug can't do much but cry and gesture to their bed- now consisting of a frame and a matress. No pillow, no blanket, no teddy bear.*

*Steals Beetle's pillow and teddy bear while they're distracted*

*Beetle returns to her bed after a while of searching for their blanket. Maybe it was under their mattress...? ...He sees that his pillow and teddy bear are missing now too. They just stop and start crying. She can't search anymore right now he's too upset*

*Beetle doesn't notice as anon snatches their little blanket. It takes a while- in fact she doesn't notice until bedtime. Having just said goodnight to Aziraphale, he was right about to tuck into bed- just then realizing his special blanket is gone.*

*Yawns* alright bed, get ready for Buggy! ...Wait, wait where's my blanket :( oh no maybe it fell on the floor?

*Beetle starts gently shaking, trying to find the blanket to no avail*

I love bugs I love them they're so small and they have so many cool specialized survival niches a ton of them can fly and even more can just casually climb up walls they are tiny little dudes with their own individual powers and abilities and they control through hydraulics which is so. cool plus they are silly and weird and some of them are downright ridiculous and I love them so very much
