There is no reason for this account to continue. I lost my love for Eastenders the second the PR team started happily engaging with the media that had been bullying Max for years. The last time I watched the show was on New Year's Day. I no longer care for the show. I wish Max the best, as well as Tony. Who knows what's going to happen to him now.

EastEnders had no problem casting a murderer in the show, don't be surprised if they bring back Joshua Pascoe to act as Ben.

the news articles are talking about max’s behaviour (implying that’s the cause of him being sacked) so i was saying that it’s ridiculous, people others have done things without being sacked - leslie was a murderer and got casted, dean has done A Lot on keeps coming back (so if he comes back again i’ll actually scream) jessie wallace has had a million second chances, jamie borthwick got done for drink driving

To this day, I still haven't forgiven Hollyoaks for wrecking Starry with that affair, so there's not a chance in hell I will ever forgive EastEnders for axing Max/Ben like that, all because that child pregnancy apologist is too busy pandering to a bunch of harmful stereotypical gay men who have a misogynistic obsession with a bunch of women written by gay men, for gay men.

As a Ballum stan, I feel upset. As a gay man, I feel insulted, seeing one of the few gay representations I can relate to being axed just like that.

Every soap producer has a downfall, especially after axing fan favourites. So the current one for EastEnders can't come soon enough, and that's the kindest way I can put it.
