update on the future

so anyway, i’ve... been out of the recent loop of things for a few months or so, so sorry if i sound awkward, hee!

TLDR: blog is back up, i’m in the green for rping and answering asks! go talk to asgore ya goons.

in any case, the original intent was for me to eventually close this blog and resolve it once and for all, but of course that’d suck and be lame so rather than doing that, since i recently found asgore’s muse again, i’m bringing this blog back!

unfortunately, for the sake of.. things, all previous threads are dropped.

i mean i dunno what you expected BUUUUUT,

i’m not sure what grounds i want to be on now that i’m back, and it is gonna be a bit shaky, so sorry! but basically, im gonna be selective more than usual until i can figure out what i wanna do.

here’s a list of things i’m willing to do and things i MIGHT do:

not rp with certain characters, just because i’m kinda ‘eeeeh’ about things right now and i need to take things slow

hey! it’s me.

i’m super sorry for not being active recently. i’ve been really stressed, since i have a lot of band stuff coming up, and next week is going to be REALLY pressing on me. i have basically a week to prepare for an upcoming play, and being the main artist, it’s going to be. hella tough on me.

so, i’m not gonna be that active as much for awhile. when will i be back? i don’t really know.

there might be an occasional reply, but don’t really count on fast threads. i’ve just been doing terribly recently.

Asgore had a long pause. He looked to the side, thinking.

* I couldn’t forget Gaster. Not after everything that’s happened.

He fell silent again, trying to make out what he wanted to say. He... Never really forgot Gaster, it’s just that he rarely spoke of him. It wasn’t out of spite or hate, no, not at all. He simply...  Didn’t like to. He was a very good man and a very good friend, and losing him did phase Asgore quite a lot.

* I... Never forgot about your father. I just don’t talk about him often, you see.

* It just... It all hurts me to talk about him, even now. He was a fantastic person, and after what happened, It... It certainly took a toll.

He gave a soft sigh after the last sentence.

Asgore paused. He gave a small sigh, looking to the side habitually. He wasn’t really sure about how he was doing, really. A lot of things were bothering him, but he didn’t really want to ask. At the same time, however, things were starting to clear up, even though it wasn’t really well clarified at all. Something was always welcome, even if it wasn’t too much.

The king gave a soft shrug.

* I’m... Not quite sure, really. It’s just a lot. I don’t really have questions, I just need to allow everything to sink in.

It wasn’t a full lie, but it wasn’t a full truth. Time would probably let him understand further, at least, from his perspective.

Asgore gives a soft nod to Sans, having quite a lot to fathom while he decrypts everything.

For one, how did Sans know? Of all things, how could Gaster contact him? And if that were so, why wasn’t he informed? Or better yet, why... Why wasn’t he contacted as well? He almost felt betrayed in a way, eyes glancing to the side while he was in thought. It was a lot for him.

The king seemed to glance back as Sans was nearly complete with this set of notes. The numbers seemed to strike him in particular... That was... So many... He almost felt a bit nauseated at the very thought.

In a way, he felt as though the blood was on his hands as well.

But, the last entry on it’s own... There was something about it. Hope. Happiness. It made him feel a little better, in fact, despite all the internal struggle and the numbers and... Well, the deaths.

He gave a glance to Sans to see how he was holding up.

[It had taken a while, but Scan and Kadi had finally found their target– Asgore. The duo walked up to the former king, a smile plastered onto the cowboy’s face. It was nice, not having to worry about fighting someone as strong as Asgore… That’s what he likes about timelines where the barrier was broken. Everything’s peaceful.] 

“Uh, ‘scuse me! Asgore!” 

[Scan took the initiative, making sure Kadi was close by.] 

“I’d like ya t’meet a friend. This is Kadi. Kadi, this is Asgore.”

Asgore knew what he felt. He felt sorrow. For him, Sans, and... Gaster. He held tightly in the few minutes that passed, gently letting him go when he was able to compose himself at least a little bit more. He lightly put a hand on his shoulder.

The subject wasn’t going to be let go of that easily.

Hello, my name is Morgan and I’m in a bit of a pickle. You see, when I was a kid, I had a bit of a traumatic birth and the end result of the traumatic labor, resulted in me contracting a case of bilateral Retinoblastoma.

The end result tore the retina to my right eye and left me primarily blind in that eye for the rest of my life. Now, as a result… radiation treatments in turn sparked cataracts in my only remaining usable eye, and it’s rapidly destroying my eyesight.

I’m no longer able to see enough to write my name on a line for job applications let alone for reding and writing, or driving for that matter. Now this is thankfully repairable, but even still, I ave to undergo surgery… but yet another obstacle is the fact that I have an Astigmatism. Because of this, I have to go for a Specialty Lens but it alone costs $1,425.00 dollars. Between my own personal expenses, bills, and the like… I cannot afford this and I am rather rapidly losing my vision due to the fact that I am required to take weekly Steroidal injections, as the Steroids accelarate the speed of the cataract’s growth. Now, I’m not expecting much but, any and all help would more than save my skin here. I’m only 21 and rapidly going blind, and I’ve got very few options, Insurance won’t cover this lens and it’s really my only option.
