One morning, we woke up to the news that our center had been destroyed, along with our family car, which my mother had bought by selling her jewelry.

Here is a picture of my friend Fidaa’s baby girl, Sila. Sila and her baby brother Muhammed are currently stuck in a situation so horrible that words struggle to describe it. 

Fidaa, (@fidaa-family2) the mother of these beautiful children, is a 29-year-old woman from Gaza who, during the war, was separated from her entire family and is currently being forced to take care of her two children, completely alone. 

Her children are both sick from the cold and the encroaching spread of diseases, and they are all in pain. She has been displaced with her children many, many times, each time having to dip into her precious evacuation funds to buy transportation. 

Every time she is displaced, she is forced to buy a new tent, which as we know costs $1,500… 

This makes her evacuation funds absolutely instrumental for her and her two small children’s survival, two children who I will now remind you are sick, hurting, and starving in a situation that nobody could have ever predicted. 

These conditions are absolutely catastrophic. They are apocalyptic. No child, no mother, no person should ever have to go through this. 

You can help. 

You can help by donating and sharing so that Fidaa is not forced to struggle any longer. All she hopes for is to get enough money to evacuate to Cairo so that she no longer is forced to rely on the black market for things as simple as food.

speaking to you with a heavy and painful heart. I am sorry that I had to ask for help from you, but what we are living is what pushed me to do this. I was living a beautiful, quiet life, enjoying the time I spend with my grandchildren and seven daughters.

Imagine waking up to find that your world has changed in a moment, and you have lost your security and peace, and your home has been destroyed, and you have become homeless and living in conditions that no human being can bear. I suffer from chronic diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes. My medication has run out for some time and I am facing difficulty in obtaining it in light of the lack of treatment in hospitals and health centers. Most of the time I cannot feel my limbs, but I am trying to resist. I do not want to die in such circumstances. I still have hope that this war will end and we will rebuild our beautiful and beloved country again and live in safety. I believe in divine power and justice and that all this pain will go away.

I am trying to endure these difficult conditions that I live in inside a small tent and a bathroom a few meters away from my tent and you know the conditions of diabetics in this case but once again there is still hope. I used to live at the expense of my daughters but with all sadness and regret they have all lost their homes and places of work and they have no source of income left and their situation is like that of any Gazan who is still inside Gaza struggling with death, hunger, diseases and extreme heat each one struggling to feed his children I cannot ask them for help so I have resorted to you and I am fully confident in your humanity to help me so that I can provide food and treatment and provide a better tent than the one I live in because it is torn and the place is full of insects. If I can provide treatment, I want to continue my life and see my grandchildren grow up around me. I don’t want to go now. My eldest son Zain's first year at school was a joy for his school, friends and teachers. His life was like the life of any child who dreams of everything beautiful.

My second son, Yahya, was in his first year of kindergarten,and he would wake up early, happy to go to his friends and play.

Or do they now wake up to the sounds of planes and explosions and feel ashamed when they stand in line to get food or water? A terrible difference between our lives in the past and the present. hi, i’ve spoken a lot about my friend, Safaa ( @sfaamq10 ) but today, i’ll let her speak for herself with a message she’s sent to me today:

“We're in a very bad position.We haven't eaten in two days. There's nothing edible. My son is very hungry. We die from the cold. Winter over us. My tent is completely destroyed.I suffer from anaemia due to malnutrition. If we don't die from war, we die from hunger and cold.

Our lives are terribly tormented.”

Safaa currently has had her tent destroyed by heavy rain, which is common during winter in mediterranean countries. Combine having no protection with a looming famine and you have an absolutely devastating effect.

Now can you imagine raising this sweet baby in these conditions?

I can’t imagine myself in that situation, but Safaa and her husband are living what i’m describing to you.

I’ve communicated with safaa for a while now and can tell you that she’s a kind and caring person. Every time we speak, she asks how i’m doing and expresses worry over me. She risks her life to text me and document everything. Despite her life being way worse than anyone not in Gaza could imagine. Dear beloved friends, My name is Mahmoud Alkhaldi. I am a Palestinian refugee living with my fiancée and family in a catastrophic situation-in tents- in Rafah. However, for 116+ days, me and my family have been under intense bombing and warplanes rockets in the Gaza strip. I’m asking funds to evacuate (5) members of my family from Gaza to a safe place in Egypt, including my younger brother (Mohammed, his wife, and his 1 and half year son Yasser), and me and my fiancée Sujood). It could be very expensive and costly to evacuate a war zone at a miserable time like this. We will need approximately $50000 and a lot of prayers

My home was cozy, beautiful, and warm before the war. Here is some pictures for our house before the war

Our home was targeted in a tank bombing on the 25th of November 2023 that left it unlivable, along with the entire neighborhood of Al-Burij refugee camp, in Gaza City.

When we returned back to our home to get some needed itemsand clothes, we found that Israeli soldiers also steal our belongings. Since that day, my family has been sleeping in a miserable tent in Rafah, in the south of Gaza, which has become a home for all people from the Gaza strip, whose homes were also destroyed by airstrikes, but they have survived thus far.

I can't express how useless and depressed we felt after finding out what they'd been through and are currently going through. Each moment, we worry about losing them. Without connection settings, we cannot constantly contact them. During the moment of typing, over 25,0000 individuals have been killed in Gaza. They are without electrical power or heating for a period of three months, food is limited, and their drinking water is unsafe for human consumption. My family's only hope is to evacuate to to a safer place out of Gaza. My family went through the loss of several friends, and many of them have lost their spouses and children. I am afraid of losing my family. They are the light that leads me through my life. I cannot live or survive without them.

The expenses of travel for 5 people are as follows:

• $50000 for the boarding pass (Egyptian coordination) to pass Rafah border, 10000$ for each person.
