I’m like 90% sure this has been done before, but i can’t find it so i made my own version

Rough and clean-er sketch of Ink sans. (WIP fanart)

The right leg looks awkward… note to self: practice walking poses.

Here you can see how I usually start my art. I first do a rough sketch (the one with the green signature). I usually do the rough sketch to plot out the character’s pose and background and expression. Just to get the basics.

Then I do a clean sketch over it, this time refining the pose, details, and background more. Both processes take around 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. It really depends on the size and complexity of the drawing.
