Rant of a dying woman

Anyone who knows me, knows I work — a lot.. If I'm not working, I'm volunteering, not volunteering, I'm counseling friends or hanging out. Being busy all the time is not only what keeps me going emotionally, it's inevitably what's killing me. I wasn't supposed to make it to my 16th, 18th or 21st birthdays. But here I am, because will power. However, my health has taken a turn for the worst once again. Doctors' advice? Rest, relax, recuperate. Physically, that's what will help me maybe make it another year. Since Saturday, when things really started going downhill, I've done pretty good at it. Lots of sleeping, meds to keep me down since I typically sleep ~5 hours a night. But today.. Today I had energy and felt like being up. Still not doing much but a little housework, I've had time to think.. And think and think... I've thought so much today that it's made me throw up twice. And all that stuff I keep totally suppressed by my daily routine of "wake up, busy busy, pass out from exhaustion, wake up and repeat"? Hah. Yeah. It's like the locked filing cabinet blew up! Thoughts include: -Where is this God I preach to everyone about? -If not god, what about good karma? -What's the quickest way I can make it look like this disease killed me? -PTSD related stuff.. -A LOT of anger at my parents. -How come all my time is spent helping other people, listening to them.. But I can't talk to ANYONE about my problems? -Where are my razor blades? Basically, I've come to this conclusion: I was put onto this earth to work myself to death making sure everyone else is happy but not getting close enough to them that anyone will care when my body is found lifeless in the dirt. I've done perfectly well at this so far.. But I, at some point, let the idea that I'm human slip in. Gotta get rid of silly thoughts like that before I let it ruin everything.
