I think spencer is adopted and that she is Bethany's and Ali's sister

It would make sense! I went back and started re reading the books and am up to the part where spencer thinks she's adopted. How convenient! Haven't heard that theory yet, which is good.

Theory

What if each of the Liars have been blackmailed onto the A team at one point? In S2E4 Emily receives a gift of Danby gifts from A with a note that says, "So happy to have you on our A-Team!!!" then in S2E11 Emily gets a text in the middle of the night that says, "Clue Ella in and I'll let you out." with a picture of Aria and Ezra kissing. There's already been a lot of evidence of Aria being on the A team at one point or another. Hanna was really close to Mona, close enough that even after she was unmAsked as A she still visited her on Radley the entire summer and stood up for her when they were trying to relocate her out of Radley (why did she care so much, Mona ran her over with a CAR, among other things.) And then of course Spencer was on the A team in S3. It was always fuzzy on why the girls were victimized by A. At the beginning we assumed it was because they were friends of Ali's and it was A getting revenge for being friends with her. Then it was that A just liked torturing people. But the girls have been through a tremendous amount just for those reasons alone. What if they're hiding secrets from the audience. Like a murder...?

I really really hope Black Veil and Uber A have been on the show since pilot. Who do you they are?

To be honest, I change theories nearly every week as to who is A and on the A team. I believe the Black Veil is Melissa though after reading some theories floating around, however there's also a billion theories saying otherwise. It's hard to give a simple short answer to this question

I hope Paige doesn't turn out to be A. I don't like Paily or Paige and I would definitely be disappointed if she is A. It would just be so boring for me. What do you think?

I feel like Paige being A would just be something that people wouldn't be shocked by. Paige is in many episodes and is in the spotlight a little too much as someone who is against Ali. I'm sure the writers will make it a lot more complicated. If anything, Paige would simply be providing information to someone on the A team.

Ali's Journal

Note that there are at least two journals. The coded one and non coded. 

In truth this is not so much a diary as it is a record keeper. I need to keep track of everyone’s dirty little secrets. Secrets I can use to help my day be a little bit more fun and also use everyone’s dirt against them in order to get me out of this boring little town.

So many people want to give you advice. So many people whose lives you would never want. Well this is one story that dream killer (Jenna), or Sad girl, or Crissy pants (Spencer), or anyone else besides me won’t be writing the ending for. There’s only room for one author on this story and it’s a story that people will be talking about for a long time.

I can use girl crush against her…My instincts may be wrong on this but I think Pigskin has a girl crush on girl crush. The same look GC gives me constantly. I se pigskin sending that look her way. I have to admit, things are easy for me to turn people, to play with them like putty in my hands, molding the situation in my favour. I just found out there is going to be a Halloween party at Noel’s this year. Maybe I should start thinking ahead of something fun to do with all the girls. I of course have to be careful of Spencer. She is always the smart of us all. If I think of something really good she can’t find out what I am up to! I also need to meet _____outside to get some fake ID’s.

Sunday October 26th

I spent the day shopping and bought the most adorable new dress!They had several pairs of shoes that I could have bought but I found the perfect paid at the last store I went into. Everyone at school is going to be so jealous of me. if they are not already. Just wait until I spend the day with my mum. I will be getting in all the newest trends from all the best stores. It is going to be so much fun rubbbing it in everyone’s faces!

Wednesday October 29th

There’s a new girl in town. I ran into her at the costume shop. Jenna. She was looking for a wig, attempting to be Gaga. Not on my watch. She interests me. Good or bad? She already knew who I was, which isn’t surprising. Somehow she even scored an invite to Noel Kahn’s party. I’ll have to keep an eye on her. My plans to get hefty Hanna to shave her head failed miserably. Spencer stepped in to defend Hanna. Not smart.

October 30th

Aria’s dad is cheating on her Mom! I love it! I mean it sucks for Aria, but I’m a sucker for drama. There’s no way Aria tells her mum though. Mr Montgomery will talk her out of it. I just know it! She doesn’t have the courage to stand up to him, that’s why I picked her. I know Mr Montgomery saw me there. Note to self: use this. He owes me.

August 27th He looked like a little, lost bunny. Or maybe like one that’s been backed into a corner. I asked for a second payment. Same amount. Not bad, right? I think he’s getting off easy. Divorce, alimony, child support-all that would cost way more than just paying me a little sumpin’ sumpin’. and this way, he gets to keep his wife and family! Billy Burnett was such a nice kid in Grammar school. I thought he had potential but he was wasted in a glass pipe or rolled tobacco leaf. Might as well be setting money on fire. I don't get drugs. Running away from yourself is only temporary. It's like running in a circle, no matter how big the circle s and far you travel around it, you'll always end up back in the same place. 

Hot for Teacher

I saw a teacher interviewing today with the principal. He was quite sexy. high school boys are gross, college boys are only looking for one thing, but older men, now they know what they want and take it all. He looks kind of bookish but in a cute way. I will get to know him eventually and to have a teacher on my side.

The Mystery Fireplace

The final scene from season 1 episode 11 shows the tree being burnt in the fireplace that has the writing "Ali loves Ian" (after the girls find it at camp Mona)..I've gone through episodes and screencapped Aria's, Spencers, Noel's Cabin and the lodge where the girls were nearly burnt in and there are no matches. the floor is wooden with gaps in the planks as if it is in a cabin. My guess atm is the Hastings' Barn possibly, but I'm not sure if that has a fireplace. I couldn't get a shot of inside the barn except from the Night Ali was killed, which was before renovations and such. Otherwise there might be a new lair that is yet to be revealed to us yet. Any theories as to whose fireplace it is?

Noel's Cabin. We know Noel was there that night at camp Mona because he wrote on Ezra's window and was in the crowd after, however his cabin fireplace doesn't quite match up.

I couldn't get a very good angle, however you can still see the fireplace here. This is the lodge from the season 3 finale where the girls are nearly burnt. Clearly not a match either.

This is taken from the Hastings' House. This could mean Mr Hastings' is innocent too.

Who Hit Ali the night she was "killed"

Melissa hit Ali. She told Ian that night that if he saw Ali again, someone was going to get hurt. Mr Hastings was trying to protect spencer, because for whatever reason, he believed she was the one who did it. Maybe Mrs D made the deal with him (mentioned in the season 4 finale) because she was threatened by Melissa herself, or was scared of her. Maybe Melissa wore a disguise. Mrs D always said "Never turn your back on a Hastings" and I suppose Ali should've listened.

Cece

I'm trying to figure out what is with Cece. At first, I thought she might've been A. Ali's mum said the two liked to wear each others personalities, so I feel like With Ali gone, she became Ali in a way. In Ali's journal, she mentioned "I think Cece is into him but he couldn't take his eyes off me....all summer long it's the same things. Boys her ages always flirting with me!" So she was clearly getting frustrated at Ali, but she didn't kill her or anything. Just jealousy. However, she revealed she knew who killed the girl in the grave and it was the same person trying to hurt Ali..so I feel like Cece might've had a twin who was killed that night due to them looking so similar and that someone (considering the writers said that Ali wasn't going to have a twin in an interview, but someone else might). When bargaining, obviously she wouldn't be the one to kill that girl and therefore isn't the one trying to hurt Ali. If she had those photos of Ali that night Ali came back to speak to the girls, she might be working on the A team after all to try to figure out who Big A is.
