Make Custom Whipped Cream Using a Whipped Cream Dispenser
Tumblr media
Most of the time, it seems like all whipped creams taste the same. They are sweet, creamy and frothy-that's all. But what most people do not know is that they can alter the taste of whipped creams. Sounds surprising, right? Well, it is true. You can add different flavours to the usual recipe to make it taste different. And the most surprising thing is, it can be done juts by using a whipped cream dispenser. Now, that's shocking. How can this be done?
In general, whipped creams are a great medium for trying out and experimenting new ingredients-it is like a background or a canvass which allows you to paint and color it in any way you like. If say, you would like to add a new twist to your usual vanilla cupcakes, (we all know that Reddi whip cream on top of vanilla is not exactly phenomenal) adding a bit of cocoa to your Reddi whip cream can really do great wonders (a definite must-try!). The two flavours may really not seem a good pair, but the contrast of flavours that these two ingredients can bring is just simply amazing. You can also try using other ingredients.
Although, you can do this manually from a homemade batch, using a whipped cream dispenser is much more time-conserving and effortless. Can you imagine how hard it will be if you have to combine all ingredients without the use of any gadget? That must be awfully tiring, isn't it? With the use of a whipped cream dispenser and a cream whipper, making one-of-a kind and delectable desserts can be both fun and time-conserving. Plus, it also allows you to make different batches of different tastes all day everyday. All you have to do is squeeze the trigger of your dispenser.

What's the best thing about this gadget is that it allows you to take matters in your own hand. With this, you can be the boss of your desserts. Is there an ingredient that you don't like? Then, don't put it. Are you diabetic and requires a diet that is low in sugar? Well, reduce its sugar content or better yet, don't put any sugar at all! Do you like to try something different and fun? Go, research for an ingredient that you think would be perfect and try it. Can you see how in control you are? All of this, of course, is because of your cream dispenser.
Al you have to do is to add in all your ingredients and it will automatically be mixed-no manual mixing, no effort exerted no sweat and of course, no time wasted. You do not have to worry about its expiration too because your custom made whip cream will have the same expiration as the cream has. This is given that it is properly stored in a refrigerator.
If you are afraid to make recipes of your own, you can look online or in some cookbooks. I am sure that you can definitely find the flavour that you are looking for!

Lactose Free Whipping Cream
Tumblr media
Did you even know there was lactose-free whipping cream? What is a yummy dessert or a cup of hot cocoa without the whipping cream? Being lactose tolerant may seem like the end of the world when it comes to whipping cream, but it's not.
Consider it an opportunity to learn more about the foods that you eat and how can you eat healthier while getting the same flavorful foods? Diets vary between nations and communities. Everyone likes something a little different and thinks a little differently. Some people prefer to eat healthier while others do not. Some must eat certain foods due to health reasons.
Need some options?
Several alternatives to milk include soy milk and coconut milk. Have you tried making lactose free whipping cream with these? A super simple recipe includes coconut milk and powdered sugar; if you want to add a little vanilla you certainly can.
You don't like to spend time in the kitchen? You could try a dairy-free whipping cream such as Rich's Whip. This product is found in a small milk carton in the dairy section. You simply whip or beat it for several minutes until it is thick and creamy.
Other lactose-free whipping cream products, free of casein, are made by Soyatoo!, Now&Zen and Alpro Soya. Now, & Zen use dedicated equipment to make their lactose free whipping creams which is good to know especially if you have other allergies. Many of these products are also excellent for vegan diets as well.
You can also consider a relatively new product that MimicCreme introduced in 2010. It's called Healthy Top and it is cholesterol, gluten, soy, and dairy-free. Made of almonds and cashews it contains no fructose syrup, hydrogenated oils or polysorbate 60. In addition, it is a certified "Kosher parve" product.

Never be desperate!
Do you have to have whipping cream? Step out of the box and try meringue or marshmallow fluff. Depending upon your intolerance level and any other allergies you may have, it helps to take a step back and look at the broader picture. The options for foods, let alone flavors, are almost endless. Nature has so many wonderful foods that are full of sweet goodness and flavor it just takes some thought to find that perfect topping.
Those of us who are spoiled with the ability to eat sugars and milk products are by far very fortunate. Those who need to reach for other types of foods can find themselves in a predicament at times. Considering how many people there are in the world today and the ever-increasing number of allergies and other intolerances that are occurring, there are more products and recipes available to provide flavorful and delightful meals and treats that will please almost any pallet.
If you like coconut milk, try blending together one can of full-fat coconut milk along with several teaspoons of powdered sugar (start with one and move up for your taste) and if you want you can add one half a teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract. Hint: drain the water from the bottom of the can and use later in a smoothie.
