I’m not really sure what to feel. 

Here I am, turning twenty-five this coming July and I feel like I haven’t really had the adventure that I wanted yet. 

Though these things constantly plague my mind, what can I do about it?

I’ve been waiting for my U.S. Visa for almost two years now.. And while that may not be long compared to how long others have had to endure, I feel like those were two years I cannot get back anymore.

I want to travel more.

Recently, I’ve been having this urge to just get a change of pace. 

I just changed jobs so now, I’m going to start working in BGC. I’m not really sure what to feel. Though circumstances such as professional morality and honor honestly pointed me to that direction; but I’ll discuss that more on another blog lol.

I also have a boyfriend. An unexpected surprise from this new year turned a simple friend into more than that. I’m trying my best to detach myself from wounds of previous relationships, so I’m taking things slow. We’re still fresh.. on our 4th month together this coming 16th of May.

Currently, he’s in Australia for work.. But he’ll be returning to the Philippines in a couple of months. Now that I think about it, am I uncannily attracted to people who have the tendency to leave the country? Is this the inner me saying I want an adventure as well? Because God knows I do.

I so badly want to get my life started.. but of course, just the thought of leaving my friends and family behind is already killing me. 

I honestly don’t know God’s purpose, but I can only close my eyes and trust in Him. He knows when the right time is.. I did my part anyway. I studied for my licensure exams, I passed them.. now I have to do the time-consuming one.. to just WAIT.

Wait.. for the perfect time. 

Wait.. to live in the perfect city.

Wait.. to finally wake up with the right person for me. (Hopefully it’ll be Yasu)
