One last moment if you could.

I hate to ask, knowing you've helped me so recently.

And I need to state, this is not an emergency. I am merely trying to reach beyond what I have to secure something long term with good pay.

Your help last month ensured all was good until the rest of my family got home, until we sorted out all the bills and surprises. I'm happy to say the extra few bucks helped me renew some certificates that put me in this position, it got me a temporary new job quickly after I lost the old one. There is no fear of losing the roof over my head or lack of food. It's a thin tight budget but it's solid.

But I've been offered an apprenticeship position, one of two. The first was fully sponsored, but the second was open to someone willing to pay their way through the course that goes along with it.

It's a three year apprenticeship, I'll be getting paid to work alongside going to classes as well. And once I complete it, both my native band and my employer will compensate me for what I spend.

I'm reaching out in hopes of avoiding needing to max out credit cards or take a payday loan or achieve this. If you have extra to spare, I'm looking to raise about $800 CAD to cover what I haven't already covered for the course. Or at least get as close to possible, to see if the employer would take it as a sign of good faith and cover the rest when I go in to sign next week.
