The Serendra complex serves as a statement for the Ayala group’s influence and presence in Bonifacio Global City, the country’s fastest growing central business district.
The entry to Two Serendra is at the corner of 11th Avenue and 25th Street, with a guard post at the gate leading to the drop off area and ramps to the parking levels.
Across Two Serendra on 11th Avenue is South of Market Private Residences (by Century Properties). A bit further down the way in that direction are The Infinity Condominium (also by Century), and The Forum– a strip mall which has restaurants such as Sarsa Kitchen + Bar, Oudon, Skippy’s Bar and Grill, and McDonald’s, among others.
In the other direction across Two Serendra on McKinley Road are SM Aura and Market Market!– for most of your everyday needs (where you can grab a quick bite, get some groceries, pay bills, or purchase appliances and furniture). Just a block away is Serendra’s retail promenade (with shops and restaurants), and Bonifacio High Street (with even more shops and restaurants).
