Loved the series of quilts Jess Johnson (@flesh_dozer) creates with her mother Cynthia Johnson for her new show at @jackhanleygallery (this one is “Woom Ansible,” 2019). Today is closing day at @themuseumofmodernart, before the final leg of its expansion. Last chance to see the fascinating show on Lincoln Kirstein, who played an important role in MoMA’s early years and advocated for an alternative (and in many ways more inclusive) history of modernism.
