bleach is a series that has a very special place in my heart, and i'm sort of glad i now have art skills able to better capture the characters' features.

Could I get headcanons for Feitan, Illumi, Leorio, and Chrollo falling for gn!reader who by all means seems like a strong, nuturing, emotionally stable individual but every once in awhile casually says or does smthin that makes people go "Oh you're a little fuckin nuts, actually"

(e.x.: Most of their D.I.Y. furniture is made of different kinds of bone, morbidly interested in the more gorey parts of their jobs, probably works in a field that allows them to be around the dead often like a taxidermist or a mortitian, highkey just unabashashedly a morbid little freak™️ whenever it comes up naturally in conversation but otherwise comes across as just an attentive lil guy you could bring home the average parents would love.)

being an aspiring doctor, Leorio thought that your knowledge on both human and animal anatomy was pretty useful

at first he didn't think much about your job and just assumed you were some type of doctor or biologist or something

he often asks you questions as he studies and you're a pretty good tutor

the first time Leorio realized you were kinda weird is when one day you were walking down the street and saw some roadkill

and you were like "aww too bad, the skin and bones are too damaged to harvest"

and you kept walking like it was normal while he was like ?!!??!?

or you guys were having a normal conversation and you say something like

"if you died i'd taxidermy you and re-articulate your skeleton so you'd be with me forever <3"

1 taxidermizing humans is illegal and 2 WHAT

when he comes to your house for the first time and sees a bunch of bones, animal skins and wet specimens he damn near passes the fuck out

how do you just casually have dead things and remains around your house!?

whatever drew Illumi to you had to have been some type of power

aside from that power, to Illumi you were relatively normal and had a good grip on your emotions which made you a perfect candidate

that being said he could care less what your job was, you'd just end up working for or with him eventually

when he started bringing you around the estate, you often sought out their guard dog Mike and Illumi couldn't think of why

that is until you came back one day with a human femur and bright smile on your face

"... where did you even get that?" "From one of Mike's victims. If I collect enough I could make a whole set of bar stools!"

he blinked at you and chose to ignore your statement

i mean, to each their own am i right?

so you have ah hobby, big deal

Illumi just thinks you're pretty normal personality wise until you randomly but casually drop information about what you do in your free time or have in your home

so now whenever he has a job Illumi calls you in for cleanup

you get to do.... whatever it is you do and there's no evidence of a dead body left behind, it's a win win

Chrollo Lucilfer

he couldn't care less what your job is because it's probably not worse than his 😭

he didn't really notice anything "morbid" about you until he asked about your jewlery

you wore things like resin caster bug pendants or bird skull earrings and stuff

he just assumed they were fake and you bought them because they looked badass

but then you told him you make it all YOURSELF

he is intrigued

he doesn't really question you past that because you were probably buying the bones and stuff somewhere (spoiler alert you're not)

what really caused him to think was when you casually just picked up a dead rat off the floor in some abandoned building you were exploring and suck it in your pocket

bro was so confused

yeah now he knows that your odd taste in jewelry goes deeper than just that

he won't judge you though, if anything you're a better person than he is considering you don't kill things yourself

he is literally a murderer and a thief and has committed like 3467633788 crimes so he couldn't judge even if he wanted to

so now when he sees dead animals and what not he bags them up and brings them to you

he likes to sit in on your cleaning and making process

you seem like a perfectly normal and sweet person to everyone else but Chrollo knows about your freaky little hobby and it just makes him like you even more

Feitan Portor

I feel like for you and Feitan to even be acquainted you have to be part of the troupe

whatever you do outside of it is your business

buttttttt since you are his s/o and Feitan is probably homeless he crashes wherever you are

thus him finding out about your hobby and other job

out of everyone on this list he is the most interested

he too is a morbid little freak

he goes with you to find things and will help you with the cleaning/taxidermy or whatever process if you let him

what he doesn't understand though is why you don't just kill the things you want instead of hunting for already dead things

sometimes he will go catch like a squirrel or something and bring it back to you like a cat and tell you he found it like that

after doing what you're doing for so long you can tell what caused an animal to die but you wouldn't tell him that

can i request headcanons of any hxh characters your choice (preferably including illumi, chrollo, and/or feitan) with a crush on/unestablished relationship with a gender neutral reader who refuses to fully align themselves with anyone but has an incredibly OP ability that requires their blood or body (can shoot blood in like spikes, detach their limbs to chase down and drag back runners, use their blood and/or tears to heal wounds, can just regrow lost limbs including their head, ect.) that would make being on their bad side more trouble then it's worth

so every fight they kind of /have/ to get injured to use it. Plus their ability weirdly doesn't seem to use nen (chrollo can't copy it and gyo doesn't show anything, ect.)

and when they're finally asked about it they're casually like "oh yeah, I'm not human. I was actually created to be an unstoppable force that infects and destroys humanity, but that's honestly too much work. Plus you give me snacks so I'd rather just hit whoever you tell me to." and their reactions to the fact this insanely overpowered goober they've fallen for is a stray shapeshifting little abomination who could have murdered the entire human race and that they're lowkey lucky reader likes getting bribed them so much

i do not like how this came out but posting anyways lol...

Illumi Zoldyck

the way you met Illumi was... not ideal to say the least

he was on a job to kill some scientist guy but little did he know scientist guy had quite literally created a monster

the day he was going to do his mission happened to be the day your power was finally realized

annnndddd Illumi walked in on you killing scientist guy and literally everyone else who worked for him

you had managed to pop your arms off and launch them like missiles, turn your blood into weapons and spikes around the room and also not die????? and grow your limbs back???????????

the weird part was Illumi couldn't sense any of your aura at all

he just assumed you were a super advanced nen user and were able to still keep up hatsu really well while fighting

which led him to the conclusion that he should either A. run away or B. try and get you on his side

when you noticed him just standing there you turned to stare at him like come at me bitch

"So? Are you here to poke me with more needles like the others? It won't end very well." "Actually I was here for the guy in the lab coat, but it seems like you did the job for me."

realizing he wasn't a threat (or trying to be because you know...you cant die) you let down your guard down

you ended up just following him around after that, not really having anywhere else to go so Illumi decided on plan B

turns out it took a lot less manipulating than he thought

he brought you to the estate and you agreed to help him with whatever for a popeyes chicken sandwich

watching how you wandered around the estate aimlessly and lounged about Illumi quickly realized you only use your abilities when threatened or bribed

so you become his personal little treat fueled killing machine

he takes you on missions with him because he doesn't trust you alone at the estate...

eventually he asks you about how your hatsu is so good and you're like wtf is that

and he's like What.

you tell him you we're pretty much created in that lab and they did all these tests and stuff and you didn't even really know how or why you had the power you did but you found out you did the day you met

and you were all like "they were so annoying and they told me to do stuff for free, I'd never kill you though you feed me :3"

he is so glad you are clueless and he got to you before anyone else because you could take over the entire world if you really wanted to

he is going to marry you ASAP

but again, you being clueless did not understand what marriage entails

and you agreed for the same reasons you agreed to literally anything else this man has asked of you

you are Illumi's most prized possession and no matter how freaky you are, he really does cherish you as normal people would their spouse

Chrollo Lucilfer

running into you on a heist was definitely unexpected

especially since you looked like you just got out of captivity

mistaking him for an enemy you shot your fist off at him and barely missed

and he was like woah im not an opp dw

then your hand grows back and hes like !?

he asked why you were there you explain that you were some sort of war weapon yada yada yada the guys got annoying you killed them and yeah

and Chrollo offers you to come back w him and the troupe and you're like sure if you feed me

so after the heist is over Chrollo takes you back to Phantom Troupe hq and then talks with the gang blah blah blah dismisses everyone and then takes you to wherever the hell and buys you whatever you want to eat

and while you're stuffing your face bro is like

"Your powers are pretty impressive. Mind telling me how they work?"

and not caring you tell him, mainly focused on your meal

and he's like huh what a useful ability time to steal it

one thing leads to another and he somehow gets you to touch his weird book and when he flips to where your nen should be the page is blank and he is insanely confused

and hes like "Why didn't my nen ability work on you?"

and you're like wtf is nen

and hes like oh my god I don't think this thing is human

so he asks

and you're like "I literally told you I'm a war weapon. A weapon created for war, but that's too much work."

now he is confused but also intrigued

he offers for you to join the troupe and you're like

"But being in a gang is so much wooorrrkkkkkuuuuhhhh"

you can literally destroy man kind but you don't because you're LAZY!?

you're not officially part of the troupe but you're practically an honorary member because you follow Chrollo around after your first encounter

and he decides it 's better than nothing

Feitan Portor

I can't think of a clever way for you guys to meet LMAO

umm uhhh idk maybe you were created to take out the chimera ants and happened to get deployed in meteor city the same time the troupe was hunting down the 'queen'

so when the troupe got there you were already fighting some ants

you look human enough but your abilities make Feitan think you might not be

soooo he tries attacking you before he ended up getting to the lizzard ant crocodile lady thing i don't remember what she was

and he couldn't beat you and you're like wtf do you want from me I'm trying to do my job

and hes like ??? you're not an ant?

and youre like no

and hes like oh and leaves you alone

then he throws the entire sun at the ant lady and leaves the building

he kinda forgot about you until he felts something lift the back of his cloak

and he's like !!?!?!??!

and he looks behind him to see you crawled under his coat and took the snacks he hides under there for himself

and he's like what the fuck

how did you even know he had those???? (you could smell it because you have super enhanced everything)

ok i just remembered his cloak got destroyed in this scene but pretend it didn't

anyways he snatches the bottom of it away from you and tries taking the snacks back out of your hands but you are quick to dodge

he's irritated but he just lets you have them he's too tired to deal with this

you end up following him after this like a lost puppy and the rest of the troupe is like ??????

but they can't get rid of you

and on the way out of meteor city you were like yap yap yap weapon yap yap created in a lab yap yap yap immortal

feitan could not care less about what you had to say but he was like ??? to the immortal thing

maybe you weren't a bad thing to keep around

Horror Movie Date Night~ (Part 2)

A/N: So I really was stupidly inspired by the last part I did of this? And these ideas came to me IMMEDIATELY upon finishing the last part so I did my best to bring the second part of this vision to life! This little "series" has been so fun for me to imagine and write out, and I hope you all continue to have fun with it as well! I might be willing to do another part if anyone has suggestions for other characters who might have fun reactions? But we'll see!

Part 1

The moment you bring up the idea of a scary movie marathon to Ichigo, he’s more than game! He’s had quite a few with his sisters and his dad in the past, and promises he’ll take care of planning a great date for you both. He picks some of the best movies he can find, sets up a variety of snacks, and shoos his family away for the night. As you guys start watching movies, he seems almost unaffected by them. He’ll make comments here and there about the plot or if he thinks a scare is coming up as he keeps you close to him and makes sure your blanket is tightly wrapped around you. Ichigo is very good at making you feel safe and shielding you from all the spooky scenes, all while lightly teasing you that this was your idea. There are a few times he’ll jolt at a well-placed jump scare, laughing it off and blushing a little if you tease him about it, but ultimately? He spends most of the time fairly chill—as if he were watching a normal movie. It doesn’t take long for either his family to return home or for his friends to pop in unexpectedly though, crashing your marathon without much hesitation. Though the atmosphere changes quickly, and Ichigo apologizes about a dozen times for his family/friends, he still spends the entire night completely cuddled by your side, protecting you from all the horrors of the night.

Though Ulquiorra doesn’t necessarily understand why you’d find enjoyment in getting scared or why you want to spend time together watching movies like this? He’s going to do his best to participate since it seems to make you happy, and spending time he can with you is all that really matters to him. When you guys get settled in for the night and start watching movies, it becomes hard to tell if he’s actually enjoying himself at all. He doesn’t really react to any jump scares; he just sits stiffly on the couch and stares blankly at the screen. You’ll occasionally hear him mutter something under his breath as if he’s questioning the killer/monster’s motives, and he’ll ask you if you’re alright whenever you jump or screech. But outside of that? He’s like a mannequin. You’d have to actively ask him if he’s alright which he replies with a simple “Yes.”, or pick up his arm for him and drape it over you for comfort when you’re scared because he won’t do it on his own (which he’s happy to do, even if he doesn’t fully get it). As the night goes on though, you start to get more unnerved by your boyfriend rather than the movie—wondering if he’s even blinked or moved an inch at all in hours. By the end, you have to ask him if he actually enjoyed it, to which he responds with a simple, “Of course.” and his signature blank expression.

Of course, being in the world of the living as long as he has, Shinji has seen his fair share of scary movies, in both theaters and with the other Vizoreds. He loves to proclaim himself as an expert on them, never once having been scared during one. Don’t ask the others this though, Hiyori will sell him out in a heartbeat. When you ask him to join you for a marathon though, he’ll agree...but he’s going to tease the absolute hell out of you first. “Are you sure you’re going to be able to handle it, baby?”, “Aww, do you want me to protect you from all of the scary things? Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you~” Please kick him. On the actual date night, it starts off strong. Though you can tell Shinji has something up his sleeve from his dorky and mischievous smile, you both have a good time hanging out, snacking, and laughing at how corny some of the movies are. As the movies get progressively scarier though, he’ll actively start messing with you in various different ways, all to make you jump and screech. It’s all fun and games to him until you catch him looking scared during one scene, prompting you to scare him back as revenge. After that, you’ll have a pouting Shinji on your hands who will sit and frown until you apologize for your cruel prank and offer to cuddle him for the rest of the night.

With the fall season and your constant comments about wanting your next date night to be something simple and cozy, it doesn’t take Aizen long to suggest having a horror movie marathon together before you even open your mouth to ask him. In his time, he’s learned that snuggling together and having him “protect” you from all the scary scenes in the movies increases affection for each other through the thrills, and lets each other be “vulnerable” in the other’s presence. Though he doesn’t feel like he would be scared himself, he finds the idea amusing and is more than happy to indulge you in your whims. Besides, how could he say no to spending time with you? So he does his best to select films that are actually extremely scary—wanting to be sure you have the full experience of a horror movie night. And true to form, he doesn’t get scared at all. He sits there casually, occasionally making comments about the story or the monster/killer, but mostly stays quiet and relaxed. Aizen isn’t completely withdrawn though—holding you when you need it, asking frequently if you’re doing alright, and reveling in having you hold onto him the way you are, all with that signature soft but devious smile of his. At the end of the night, he pretends to start leaving when you ask if he’ll stay the night with you. He’ll smile, chuckling, and say “Of course my dear.” All according to his plan~
