Do you have any thoughts or things to say about your mobility? Had it taken a hit with all that lard on your body?

Before my gain I could run a 7 minute mile pretty confidently, walked 2 miles every day to work, cross country and downhill skiied every winter

Now standing for more than 10 minutes at a time is impossible and walking more than a few hundred feet at a time is off the table 😳
