Size 36 to 46, 200-lbs to 315-lbs. These are from only a few years ago.
Back when I could run for miles without stopping after only three steps. 😊
Back when I could still take the stairs without needing to pause halfway up. 😊
Back when I could put my shoes on before I tied them. 😊
Back when I could sleep without a machine to help me breathe. 😊
Back when I could walk from my car to my desk without getting winded. 😊
Back when I could stand for more than 5-minutes without needing a sit break. 😊
Back when I could sit up out of bed without rolling over first. 😊
Back when I could still see my pants zipper. 😊
I can't wait to reminisce about what I could do in 46s that I can't do in 60s.

What size are those old Levi's you are busting out of? What size you up to now??
Those are 38s. I currently wear 44s. I wore 28s when I started. The photo below only shows 36 to 42. I literally can't get the 36s on anymore. I should redo this photo when I move onto 46s soon!

It looks as if your work shirts are busting at the seams, straining to contain all your sexy goodness. They reveal, in bas relief, every inch of your bulging biceps, your nips, your outie, and that massively round ball gut. I'll bet that's a daily treat for your co-workers to enjoy. In fact, if I worked with you, I'd have to find every excuse to come "talk to you about a project", just for the eye candy. Are you stretching the limits of 2XL or 3XL sized shirts?
All my clothes just keep shrinking 😏😮💨… 2XL is gettting painfully tight, about to move up to 3XL and size 42 jeans 😮💨😈💪🏼
