My results from working out this is Upper body day, I did not put videos of my machine workouts. This is the workout routine written out. Row 1902 meters or 1.18 miles, 10 minutes. Treadmill 10 minutes, 1.29 miles, 1 mile 8 minutes flat. Bike 10 minutes, 2.5 miles. Captains chair 10 lbs each side 30 reps. Upper abs pull down crunch 95 lbs 30 reps. Side sludge hammer slams 10 lbs 30 reps each side. Over head sludge hammer slams 10 lbs 30 reps each side. Back row arms only 100 lbs, 30 reps. Chest straight push out 55 lbs 30 reps. Shoulders 50 lbs 30 reps. Boxing jabs, hooks, straight punches 12.5 lbs 30 reps each punch type each arm. Gut punches and small upper cuts 17.5 lbs 30 reps each punch type and each arm. Triceps push down 110 lbs first ten reps, 70 lbs 20 reps. Bicep curls 1st 10 reps 50 lbs, 2nd 10 reps 60 lbs, 3rd 10 reps 70 lbs. Shoulders 50 lbs 30 reps. Chest fly 70 lbs 30 reps. Chest straight forward 40 lbs 30 reps Pull downs back and front 55 lbs 30 reps. Back extension 110 lbs 30 reps. Upper back lateral raise 40 lbs 30 reps.
