                everything hurt. hours of searching through rubble, using her biotics to push aside large chunks of stone and her hands to dig through smaller rocks, had left her with more wounds than the war had ever given her. but she didn’t care. couldn’t care. not with nat still trapped here. it was a miracle she had managed to find the other.a miracle any of them were still alive. but she couldn’t think about that right now. not without an ocean of voices washing over her.
