Is it ok if I ask for a TLDR on the punkitt situation? It's just so sudden and I would like to have a simple explanation of what's going on

it's no problem at all! to give a quick rundown:

lagovirt posts a video exposing samael and their ties to floraverse (zoopedo cult in NO LIGHT of the term), on top of going over their history w/ undertale to contextualize their guilt trippy behavior

video starts spreading around and punkitt posts saying "people are STILL going on about so sorry? oh my god" and calls it kiwifarms harassment

people in the replies are telling her it's about floraverse and she says point blank "i don't care about floraverse"

she also keeps saying "the victims wouldn't want this"

me and my partner reply, explaining we are CSA victims and are disgusted and upset by her behavior

we get replied to with "oh my fucking god you people" and she blocks my partner

a floraverse victim, faolanwolf, replies saying to talk to them and that defending floraverse is disgusting and that as a victim of floraverse, they actually appreciate the video AS a victim featured in it

punkitt blocks them

floraverse victims get harassed and their stories questioned despite there being A Literal Website dedicated to logging everything (floraverseisacult.com)

she has never watched the video

punkitt makes an "apology" that boils down to "i'm an anxious person, sorry for how i came across, people are misconstruing me"

i call her out on the hollow apology, explaining my hurt in depth (she previously reached out to me when i was being doxxed/stalked for 4 years straight and wished me well) and how it affects me as a csa victim. i end the response with "the only way to fix this is to prop up floraverse victims and share their stories"

she blocks me

i'm uncomfortable so i reach out to drafthorses, who had recently posted about working with punkitt, and explain the situation

i get a response that's basically "this is slander and she did nothing" which is exactly what floraverse victims have been told for years

she posts about me PRIVATELY contacting drafthorses and says this situation is going "too far"

she likes replies saying people like me are useful tools to a nazi harassment campaign and are a danger to trans people overall (ignoring that floraverse victims are largely trans women, all queer, and i myself am not cis)

she posts a screenshot of someone replying to me saying "i'm a nice person 99% of the time," and she previously blocked both me and the person replying to me

this is also leaving out lots of people who ask what's going on, i politely explain, and they block me immediately. floraverse victims, my partner and i are being painted as transmisogynists and i'm being nazijacketed, basically

Punkitt as of late on BSky has been... doubling down, apparently stalking victims she blocked, taking back her apology, coming to tumblr to say "people are being mean to me and it's making me sad, please send me nice messages". No, no context for what's going on other than meanies making her sad. It'd be funny how every popular user on tumblr acts like this if it wasn't so sad. People running to pamper her and cheer her up, meanwhile CSA victims in particular are begging her, begging her audience, to just admit fault and speak against Floraverse. I've watched multiple in the past evening try to shed more light on the situation to her followers, be blocked, then vagued right after that "they were being annoying little trolls". I really wanted to give her grace. Give her fans grace. But, truly and genuinely, this IS how FV's zoopedo crimes are swept under the rug and literally defended. It's easy to say you hate pedos, hard (apparently) to admit you fucked up and help the victims instead. Don't fucking dare dig your heels in and say this criticism is due to transmisogyny when so many of FV's victims are transfems too. It's just, all about you and your feelings, isn't it? Punkitt, Salem, Wis or PDB. It's always gonna be about you.

giving my indigenous opinion. dont make a fucking """"native"""" oc. pick a tribe. actually research us and learn about the tribe instead of just. making a racist caricature (a dog ndn no less are you fucking serious), calling it an "indigenous oc", using the term twospirit with zero research put into the term and its roots, and calling it a day.

twospirit is very much so a term formed out of colonialism and yknow, the mass genocide of most of our tribes, and basically handed back to us and treated like its just the indigenous term for queer. its not. while it does cover a very broad spectrum of not binary identities in indigenous history, some tribes have specific names and roles and different types of 3rd and 4th genders. non indigenous people need fuck off from the term and stop using it especially if theyre just gonna use it like a brownie point. we dont want your "allyship", salem. despite facing genocide after genocide that is still ongoing to this day, we are still here, salem. we arent some mythical race of forest people that magically died off, salem. we are not your personal dolls to display to the furry community for "representation", salem. we are people who have already been dwindled down to less than 10% of us. get a fucking grip.

Anon As a system host the way Salem talks about DID is just wildly inaccurate to the point of spreading blatant misinformation (like the idea that alters can die?? or that alters can randomly fuse, presumably without psychotherapy and professional help??). I think even if he is a system, he clearly hasn't done much genuine research on terminology or actual experiences, instead seeming to only get system information from random Tumblr users which, well, obviously just not great when talking about any kind of mental disorder or disability. I think it almost worse if he is a system, because it means he scapegoats his alters to take the fall for any past mistakes, instead of system accountability. Also imagine being an alter, dormant or stuck in the headspace, and coming back to the front to find out the host has been telling everyone you're dead?? That'd be horrible! Personally I don't really think he has an accurate idea of DID though. Even from the way almost all of his alters exclusively talk about him seems suspicious to me. I am personally in the camp of he saw systems as a means to escape critique for past actions, considering he keeps flipping between "it was delusion" and "it was an alter being racist".

thing is he can draw what he wants and its fine, it is genuinely just his attitude towards his art that bothers people. i dont even mind his art that much (as much as id wish he'd draw more than the same two characters with different furry-species slapped onto them) its just how he talks about it. i understand and respect depicting trans people that arent all-too represented in media. but drawing the same thing over and over again does lead to stagnation in skills and he would benefit from trying to get out of his comfort zone a little more. he doesnt even have to post it. he just needs to do some studies or something

Salem is it schizophrenia or DiD pick a lane PLEASE or get professionally diagnosed because fake claiming illnesses that are genuinely serious gets you nowhere but delusionally hyping yourself up into hysteria and fixation over thinking you have something when you don't. Seek help. It's pretty uncomfortable knowing how comfortable people get about lying with this kind of fake misdiagnosing, if you think there's something wrong with you go get the professional hemp you think you need instead of constantly blogging about how mentally ill you are.

I say this as someone who can see through the fake 'Oh I have a headmate and a caretaker personality and I potray it by drawing the ocs so cute and pretty teehee' genuinely don't understand oc-ifying your own mental illnesses at least make a story or do something with the characters other then narcissisticly draw them over and over without any distinction or point.

I just want Salem to log off and get help or at the very least do something with their art other then playing the popularity numbers game....

tbh. how someone copes with a disorder they have, is entirely up to them. but if salem DOES have did, and this is the way he treats his alters. basically, glorified ocs. you have to question, why he treats them like that.

It has been brought to my attention by an anonymous user that another character, belonging to another individual, was taken by Majora and Salem [puppychan] without permission.

The following is screenshotted by myself, directly from the Google drive I was provided by the creator, of more pieces regarding the character and their dates. 2022 is the creation of the images.

The most recent image, belonging to the creator, was done this year in January as well.

This character does not belong to Salem. This character was gifted to the individual, with full rights given to them. This one in particular was asked to be kept by the anon owner, with one other, whereas the rest of the characters passed between them were left for Salem's use. The art belonging to the creator of the character was used without their permission as well, taken by Salem as 'fanart' and given to Majora to use.

Mind you, this character specifically was the ONE character that the anon had severe attachment to. Out of all the ocs to regift, Salem picked the one he stated the anon could keep originally due to the anon's emotional attachment to that character. A character they had been using to this day before discovering ANU had been 'regifted'.

I never wanted to wake up on new years seeing my own baby, LITERALLY have used her for so much, be swiped from me without notice. it is childish and immature to do this, spite or not- one has to respect the boundaries and understand there was no 'tos' stating it could be gifted back. i was told to not give her up so i do not understand why he's [salem] doing this, especially with someone i have massive hatred for.

There was not a T.O.S saying any character had to be returned, and Salem told this person to 'not give her up'. Meaning the character belonged to this person, gifted BY Salem and given permission to keep, then Salem turned around to give the character to Majora, going so far as to give art made by the owner as well.

Another thing to note is the blatant tracing Majora had done of the reference sheet to create her 'doodle'.

There are very minor changes to proportions, but apart from that; this is very much a traced 'doodle'.

The art in question being used without the anon's permission are the following pieces, still up to this day on Majora's alt toyhouse, added back in December of 2024.

There was no warning of this theft taking place either. Though, petty thieves don't really announce themselves, do they?

TLDR; Majora and Salem do not have the rights to this character. This character was gifted, Salem told them to their face they could keep the character before contact cut off, then Salem turned around and gifted the oc to Majora, which he had no right to do.

i received this info anonymously. but salem having whitewashed prior characters, such as heather, turns out to be a pattern of his. salem had asked an ex of his, to design a scourge kinsona. this character was designed intentionally to be black coded, and darker furred. after receiving this character. salem almost immediately drew it himself, depicting it as this.

when posting publicly, later. he reverted it back to its original design, having this to say about its creator, claiming that being confronted about whitewashing a design by a black person representing a black person, "made him spiral so hard that he relapsed". but just a few months later, made what was obviously a "copy" design, where he lightened it once more.

the silhouettes and hair patterns are near identical, and he confirmed it was another kinsona, though of a character he would not identify.

i understand to many, this is a nothingburger. why care. but it is telling and concerning to me, that someone who claims to wish to represent black people like himself, consistently seems to scrub his own black and nonwhite characters of their features, or actively lighten them. i am sick of him dismissing claims of racism, when he cannot even behave normally about other poc.

Kitty and Bunny are literally better sapphic/lesbian representation than anything Spindlehorse has ever put out.

They’re only in ONE episode and yet that episode deals with escaping an abusive relationship and learning to accept reality and reject prejudice. As a kid I could tell that there was a HEAVILY subtextual romantic relationship between Bunny and Kitty.

I am spoiling the live action Lilo & Stitch. And I am doing it up front and plainly.

Do not fucking see this movie. Do not waste your money on this. Period.

They made Nani give Lilo up to the American government. They made Nani LEAVE Hawaii and pursue being a marine biologist. They made a native Hawaiian character give up her sibling to pursue a dream that she originally did not have. This is imperialist propaganda at its FINEST.

The original fucking movie is about family staying together. It's about indigenous people being able to stay with each other and stay in their home and be together! That's the whole fucking point! Nani is Lilo's last living relative on her homeland—it is jarring, it is disgusting and disturbing that Nani would not only leave her last blood relative alone, give her up to the very government that is harming native Hawaiians TODAY, but also travel to the "mainland" for her dream!

Not to mention, Nani's actress isn't fucking Hawaiian. She's much paler in photos and real life. They fucking darkened her for this movie.

Don't even get me started on the transgender subtext of Pleakley's "human" disguise from the original movie being completely erased in favor of him being played by a regular ass white man. Jumba doesn't have his accent, they made him more villainous, and his "human" disguise is a non-fat white man—which part of his original joke, I know, is that he was bigger and was more clumsy in the movie because of his size, but to have the main shape of his character completely removed is also fucking weird.

This live action movie is a desecration to the original. I encourage you to not see it, please. Don't give Disney any of your money on this one. Just watch the original. Please just watch the original.

I think it’s really really gross to have Martha and Mayberry’s whole relationship be a single two second gag/joke, and then turn them into the face of the show’s sapphic “representation” through the pride merch drop.

Because it’s NOT representation. It’s literally just Spindlehorse and Morgana finding characters to slap the lesbian label on to try and sell more overpriced low quality shirts.

It’s genuinely really frustrating because I already KNOW there will be fans and Stans saying “see???? There is sapphic representation???? Why can’t you just be happy about this????” and the answer is because I have not been represented in any way other than that one joke.

It’s frustrating because I know there will be fans and stans who will probably fill in the gap that viv left in the writing and come up with the ideas of how Martha and Mayberry reconnected in hell and fell in love and attribute it to Viv’s great writing and like!!! No!! That was not what was written!!!! You, as the viewer came up with that idea, you did the work of filling in that gap and coming up with the story, don’t give Vivzie the credit for writing she didn’t do. Don’t give her credit for ideas that you came up with to make her lazy world building and character development make sense!
