hi, I was wondering how do you deal with depression cause right now I have loads of depression and don't how to deal with it. I tried talking to my parents and my sisters but they keep telling me to back to my room cause I have negative energy! 😢

crazy life hack but when I was depressed I simply didnt deal with it I took pills🤠 I know thats not an option for everyone and so before that my thing that saved me was honestly distraction. get really into something and just like throw urself into it. ik that's kind of hard to do intentionally especially if u have no motivation but just like. a show. a book. any hobby. to manage every day life make it so fun. get like a to do list app and it's so fun to check stuff off it. u can straight up message me if u have nobody to talk to ik its not the same but I love talking to people and I genuinely will never mind. I hope u find sm happiness
