Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark

Amongst all the cities Alabama, Alabaster has been known for having events especially targeting their friendly farmers.  Unlike other cities that are more focused on development and the future, Alabaster takes a step back and enriches their youth with the importance of farming and making them understand that this is a constant need.  No matter how the world develops, we will always need farmers and a farmer help in producing our food, that is why it is important to start and continue showing them appreciation in all the hard work that they do.

Exactly what changes are taking place with this new law?
First, revenge porn, or the distribution of private images or intimate sessions in non-consensual means is a crime. First offenses are labeled as Class A misdemeanors, punishable by a stance of up to 11 months, 29 days if convicted. Second and subsequent offenses are labeled as a Class C felony. This crime is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Second, sextortion is now a crime, per the new bill. The use of threatening communication to induce an individual to engage in sexual activity that is unwanted and wouldn’t otherwise occur. The online world is oftentimes the location of sextortion. The new crime is labeled as a Class B felony, carrying with a vocation a sentence of 2 to 20 years.
Third, assault with bodily fluids is now a Class A misdemeanor. This is oftentimes a crime that targets correctional officers inside jails and prisons. The Class A misdemeanor becomes a Class C felony when the offender assaulting has a known transmittable disease.
Fourth, it is now a Class C felony if you are charged with directing children to engage in sexual behaviors with other children. If you direct a child to engage in sexual intercourse with another child, the charge becomes a Class A felony. Conviction of a Class A felony could result in a prison sentence no less than 10 years and as long as life in prison.
