your friendly reminder that polyamory does not work for everyone, and thats okay. a lot of people who hate polyamory and polyamorous people seem to think that because it wouldnt work for them, and they saw a few instances of it failing, that it doesnt work for anyone. but human experience is not a monolith, and the water that nourishes the tree makes the chunk of potassium metal go up in a fiery explosion killing several people. if you are polyamorous, be proud, and dont let people tell you "well it wouldnt work for me, so it shouldnt work for you!" and if you arent, and youre doubting polyamory as a concept... maybe it just isnt for you, and you dont need to make it other people's problem.
