my idea is they're using the workers as examples. "The Order is not trustworthy. Look st their founder, their leader, killing anyone in their path. Do you really wanna side with these guys?"

The thing is if the Federation is tricking q!Cellbit into killing rebel-aligned workers with the coords, I'm not sure why they wouldn't just execute them themselves.

Cellbit in this state is way too messy and unpredictable. He'd just be another problem to solve afterwards too. One would think it'd be much easier to neatly and quietly dispose of their own problem workers.

The one thing I can think of is them using him as a scapegoat, but they still could've done that with someone who doesn't have the previously mentioned issues.

Were these the consequences Cucurucho talked about? How did they manage to conveniently catch him right at the start of his spiral? So many questions...
