hi gamers I'm making a poll bc I keep seeing like fellow music nerds complaining about ppl who don't listen to music in order on albums and bemoaning the Lost Art of song to song flow. that said I feel like most ppl I know even more casual music listeners definitely have albums they like and want curated sequences at least sometimes?? I want to see how valid the complaining is lol.
also there's obviously shit we can't measure here, i.e. are you a playlist fan but you really like sequencing the playlist? do you really like a band but they release fucking everything as singles and EPs only? do you prefer albums but always have music playing so it's more convenient to throw on shuffle in between more involved listening? rambling about your personal habits and how much you care about sequence is encouraged 👍 personally I'm in the middle but my playlists are very curated
#i only listen to things in order and i orefer when artist release albums as opposes to ep and singles#then they compile these ep / singles into an album which is kinda annoying cause by then any new songs i wont get much into cause the album#feels old already#il shuffle an artist discography if they release mostly eps / singles#i also start shuffling when im in between releases as in theres no new music so il just listen to like a discography on shuffle#Playlist as in playlists i make? theres no sequencing lol i just add whatever and funny enough these random playlist consist of singles lol#poll
