Things you must know about Dash and Ripple price
Whenever I feel that now I know everything about cryptocurrency, I come across a new word like Dash (DASH). There are so many complexities when we talk about cryptocurrency.
Let’s talk about DASH, an open source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency. It is a cryptocurrency that is designed to make transactions instant, private and secure. Dash's speed and privacy settings are adjustable. Its unique network architecture consists of both regular miners and privileged machines called Masternodes. Dash's decentralized governance and budgeting system makes it a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
Dash aims to become a medium for daily transactions, and it has cast a wide net to realize that ambition. In 2018, the digital cash company expanded into Venezuela, the cryptocurrency's first foray into an economically-distressed country.
Demand for cryptocurrency and the number of Dash usershave rapidly increased since the virtual currency was first introduced three years ago. The reason for this is the need for a transactional currency. Venezuela is currently experiencing a period of significant civil unrest and hyperinflation to such a degree that the local currency (Boliva) has been essentially rendered valueless.
In a recent interview with CryptoSlate, Ryan Taylor, CEO of Dash, said that cryptocurrency is ‘critical’ for ‘survival’ in Venezuela. Citizens of the country have turned to cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin and Dash because they can be transacted quickly and cheaply.
Dash has also invested in research, funding a blockchain research lab in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU). Through this lab, Dash funds research that is "designed to accelerate research, development, and education in ways that advance blockchain transaction speed, efficiency, security, and expand its uses."The Dash-ASU agreement also provides scholarships for undergraduate and graduate research fellowships.
The other important part is Ripple, but what is Ripple?
Ripple, or XRP, is both a cryptocurrency and a platform.Technically, Ripple is the name of the company and network, and XRP is the cryptocurrency. The Ripple platform is an open-source protocol designed to allow fast and cheap digital transactions.
Ripple has made a name for itself, and some financial institutions and analysts predict a strong future for this network. The network is expected to increase the global liquidity of money by allowing transfers around the world to take place at record speeds and for low fees.
How does an investor buy Ripple? Like other cryptocurrencies, Ripple is available on several different exchanges. According to the Ripple website, XRP (Ripple's cryptocurrency token) can be purchased through various exchanges.
Ripple has garnered the support of some of the biggest names in the investment sector, showing that many believe in a strong Ripple forecast. Investors can rest assured that their capital is positioned in an asset that has garnered the support from such powerful and prominent individuals.
Ripple has the potential to disrupt many industries, and is backed by a team of experts at Ripple Labs and other investors who are working hard to push adoption of the digital asset. It is good to buy Ripple because the future looks better as per the predictions being made.
