God, I finally get it. I wasn't sure why I liked underFell so much but it finally clicked.

I mentally think of them as huge doofus losers.

like I know they're supposed to be all edgy and dangerous but SwapFell kinda does that better so these two are just big dumbasses who wanna be scary and tough but fall like grumpy cats.

And better yet; what if in the genocide route(which in this au is called the massacre route) he decided to strike you down once and for all?

This is based on the Deltarune Papyrus Knight theory, but also based on Undyne The Undying fight.
