Finally decided to make a masterpost for a little passion project I’ve been working on as of lately - fanmade English subs for a Russian series I enjoyed a lot more than I expected to! Cyberfarm is a series about two ex business partners - Konstantin Baragosin, who continued their corporate business, and Nikolai Kulibin, who made a small village on Mars, became a farmer, and lives a peaceful life there…a life that starts crumbling down after years later old friends meet again, to share out a piece of land they both need. Of course it doesn��t lead to anything good, and in mere seconds Kolya loses his home while Kostya loses…well, everything. Now, these two have no choice, but to forget their old grudges and help each other out, making friends and foes along their way.

So I was watching this old video again because the new Good Omens season triggered my obsession with Neil Gaiman's stories that creeps up periodically ( and his voice is soothing to listen to while I draw) And at about 1:25:30 there's a part that really made me giggle, cause this is what he says when asked about themes in his work:

"I remember once somebody asked me about the kiss that would occur in my books three quarters of the way through, to indicate that we were now moving into act three. And I said 'what'. And they said 'well you must be conscious of it, you do it every time.'"

hello neil, my mom and i have loved the show good omens for a few years now, and we recently discovered your tumblr, so we feel we must inform you of something.

when i saw the "do ducks have ears?" bit, i was very happy, but when we saw the second season came with a second mention of ducks, we were both delighted. we named these ducks over a year ago, and in a show full of important representation and themes, it just makes me feel very seen as not only a queer person, but as a person for whom ducks are very important.

these are three of our ducks, hastur, crowley, and aziraphale. we tried to get a picture of them eating peas from a bowl, which they have done, but they were most uncooperative.

here they are actually eating peas.

This was a very necessary post.
