At one point in time I used to be fit. I used to work out twice a day, run 3 miles a day, play college ball, watch what I put into my body. My shirt sizes were mediums and larges. Now, now I sit for 14 hours a day at my computer, snack always in hand. I merely check my calories to make sure I’ve gone over 6k for the day otherwise my belly hurts from hunger. Everyday my tits and belly hangs closer to the ground. My back kills but at the same time it motivates me to see how much more I can take. I wear 3x shirts and they’re starting to get snug. I have lost most of my muscle. Who needs it when you don’t move more than a few hundred steps a day, some days less. I don’t do grocery stores in person anymore. By the time I make it to the back of the store everything is on fire and I just want to sit. Now everything comes via delivery. I live on fast food. It’s so much more satisfying to know that I’m nourishing my body conveniently and in bulk. 3-4 times a day I get excited and move “quickly” to the door. I dread my stairs to my bedroom and bathroom. It’s getting to be more and more exhausting to climb each day. However, the decent always reminds me how the climb worked up my appetite. I used to think I’d only indulge a few pounds to get a quick feedism fix. Now I’m 155lbs heavier. I can’t stop, don’t want to stop. I just want more. Well, a little support and someone to gain for also would be nice. I am happy though. Happy with myself. Happy with who I am. Happy to grow.
