hey uh, sorry for kinda dipping off the face of the earth for... five months or so? really not cool of me haha, i am super sorry to anyone who was tuning in and waiting for an update

maybe no one is tuning in anymore, who knows

i uh, just thought i would bring closure to this account- for anyone who’s still tuning in, that is. a lot of your asks made me really happy and genuinely gave me the motivation to keep working on this blog, but you know- it’s been a hell of a year or two, honestly. a lot of things involving health issues, school, work, holidays and birthdays, all of it has taken a toll and while this is something that used to bring me joy and happiness it just- doesn’t, anymore. don’t get me wrong i still love the characters and this idea as a whole, but me as a person and my art style has changed so much throughout the time that i’ve been working on this and just constantly having to go back and change the style of the sprites or figure out how a character would talk so i didn’t accidentally get them wrong became more draining than enjoyable. i appreciate anyone who’s sent in an ask- genuinely, especially people who have stuck around for a long time (egg, i don’t know if you’re still here, but you’re an mvp honestly), but this project just isn’t enjoyable for me anymore. really, everyone interacting with this story and helping to drive it definitely boosted my confidence a little, as when i started this i was honestly just some geek who was far too into half life for his own good and wanted some approval on his silly little ideas. 

so, for the better of this account and to not keep anyone waiting anymore, there will no longer be any updates on bmr. i’ll still keep the account up for anyone wanting to go back and go through it, but the story will no longer progress (it was coming to a close anyways). 

i am thinking of making some content for it on my main account, such as character redesigns and stuff, so if you’d like to see that and any other things I happen to post, do follow me at @passp0rtguardian . 

i appreciate everyone who tuned in so far and has been supporting this account and this story, but unfortunately, this is the end. thank you so much for sending in asks or hell even just liking the posts, your interactions meant a lot to me when i was in some not so great places mentally.
