She was someone I considered a friend who turned out to be rancid. We had talked casually for like nearly 2 years, and I told her about an indie studio I wanted to start to produce a show I had originally planned to pitch to Netflix. Eventually, I invited her to a Discord server with a few other people, and she tried to take over the studio and claim it was all her idea. She's done similar things before to other people in online furry and werewolf spaces, all of which came to light when I posted evidence of her bullshit. Friends of mine knew her when she was popular in the furry community in the 90s/00s and confirmed this has been an ongoing pattern since then. She's abusive and manipulative. I had no idea until she started disrespecting me privately.

I try not to tag other people who were involved too much when I'm venting since we all cope in different ways, and we're all very hurt by her, but you can check with @haliteatiger and @trashasaurusrex if either of them want to share their experiences or link thier posts. In March, I was staying in a hotel where a front desk worker harassed and provoked me and my service animal. The worker called the police on us multiple times, and the county police called animal control and threatened to take my dog away. All of this is in violation of the ADA. Due to the stress of the situation, I went to the ER and now have about $3000 worth of medical debt. ANYTHING helps 🙏

I am also seeking legal counsel, and any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. I've contacted a handful of law firms and ADA specialists with no luck thus far.
