Hello my friends who I am proud of, welcome to those who are like a support that does not bow, I address you simple words, the past period was one of the most severe and difficult moments of our lives in the steadfast Gaza that everyone has let down, everyone knows what we suffer from the circumstances here and the harshness of scenes that I do not want to mention again.
You are the only ones, yes, you are the ones who stood by us. You are the ones who helped families and individuals to complete their lives and compensate them for some of what they lost in this fierce war, so I am like Samir on my behalf and on behalf of my family. I thank you all without exception, because you have been by our side all this time. I just wanted to start my post with these words that you deserve 🫂❤️.
In short, so as not to prolong.
Guys, the past period has been very difficult in terms of food and drink, rent costs, and education costs. I have chosen, the most priority and I chose to collect costs for the most thing we needed in the past period, I will mention it now :
I asked for $500 to rent the house we live in now, and thanks to you, I was very successful with that. Then I collected $500 to buy food. It took longer, but it's okay, I succeeded and achieved the goal of feeding my family and satisfying their hunger.
Thus, the basic costs have been achieved, which are rent and food. Thank you for that 🙏 .
I still have a personal goal, which is the costs of education, as you know, I am Samir, a software engineer studying at the Islamic University in Gaza, in my fourth year.
All I want to say is that I am about to finish my educational career and not waste the effort of many years that have passed.
I will note something simple before the war, my father was paying for the study costs, but since the beginning of the war I have not paid any of these costs, I have paid some of these costs but they accumulate little by little, imagine with me for two years and I am trying hard to save these fees, but the war has another opinion, I can't and my father can neither, and debts have accumulated a lot .
I have two very important goals in this publication, but there is a goal from both of them based on collecting the amount as soon as possible during the next 5 or 6 days.
1 - The first goal is the costs of quarterly fees, which are worth 550 Jordanian dinars, I paid about 200 dinars in two stages, and I have one last payment left that I need as soon as possible before the end of the semester. So that I can take the final exams and pass the class and be able to start a new semester. What is required is only 350 dollars.
2 - The second goal is to collect the accumulated amount of 1122 dinars = equivalent to about $1,600. I’ll explain the offer from that.
There is a system in my university that if I do not pay all the required costs, and I graduate, I will not be able to get my degree from the university, and the fatigue of the past years will go away unless I can collect the accumulated amount, everything will be fine.
I have attached in this post pictures that explain everything.

That’s all I want to say so far, guys, I hope to find cooperation from you on this issue because I urgently need help. And thank you 🤍.

Iran celebrated, Israel celebrated the end of the war, and Gaza waits and calls, but no one listens. The war between Iran and Israel is over, but the war in Gaza is not over. Children are still dying, families are still being displaced, walking long distances, homes are still being demolished over the heads of those inside, and injustice still exists. Also, don't forget that hunger has never left people, but more importantly, Tumblr users, listen to me with your hearts. I always write posts asking you to participate with me and donate to my family, but unfortunately, I only find a few who do. If you want to do something for Palestine and for my family, you can donate via the link here. This donation campaign is what enables us to live in Gaza, which has been overlooked and is no longer cared for by many people.

I don't know how long this will last, but all I hear is: Iran, Israel, America... as if Gaza doesn't exist, as if the world has forgotten the people suffering there.

Please help Samir! Only 280$ to go, surely we can do this?

Horrifying to think about the impunity of the West. Horrifying to witness Western terrorists dehumanizing whole communities and then audaciously couching it as a necessary stepping stone to peace. A city was continuously bombed and put under seige for over 21 months in the name of Jewish safety, and the West upheld the opinion that this is not a genocide.

Vetted by @gazavetters Number 559 !
My friend Esraa @esraafamily a lovely person who earned her degree in early childhood education. We laugh at silly cat photos together and her favourite cats are white. Unfortunately because of the relentless bombing she now bares the burden of helping feed finding shelter for herself, her mother and their children.
She can't do this alone!!!

Can we help my friend Muhummad?
Today is his son, Zuhair’s, second birthday! Let’s make sure he can spend his birthday with a full belly?
If you send $60, that’s two bellies full! If you send $30, you’ve fed one of his children! If you send $15, that’s halfway there!
Let’s help him keep their bellies full, let’s help keep their dreams alive!
He is vetted by @gazavetters as 603. You can read about his story in his own words @sohagaza

I will never forget the horror I saw yesterday. Over 500,000 people trapped in a small area for aid that wasn’t enough for even 1%.
What we see here… you don’t see on the news. It’s hell.
Then, the shooting began. I’ll never forget the man I met on the road — we waited together since dawn. He was shot in the head in front of me… and people trampled over him. I don’t know if he’s alive or dead. I stood there helpless.
I didn’t tell my mother I was going — but I couldn’t watch them starving anymore. No flour for 3 months. No food for 2 days. I came back empty-handed… broken… in shock.
But my family is still here… starving, homeless, forgotten.
Please — I beg you — donate or share. Help me save them.

Imagine risking your life just to gather food for your family—only for shells to rain down on you as you wait in line.

Images: (Top) A recent photo Hossam sent us of him and his infant daughter Habiba, assuring us the family is still alive. (Bottom) The messages Hossam was able to send to us, detailing a recent attack on civilians that he survived.
@diana-family
Written by @rumiandroses
This is the horrifying reality Hossam Al-Qazzaz faced this week.
Already displaced from their home, Hossam, his wife Hanan, and their four children—Bashar (9), Hani (8), Diana (4), and 9-month-old Habiba—are struggling to survive in a battered tent on the coast after being evacuated once again from the ruins of their home in Khan Younis.
To feed his starving family, Hossam often walks over 14 kilometers to reach aid distribution points; an incredibly dangerous journey, where many are shot or trampled in the ensuing chaos of the actual distribution.
Just days ago, while at one such aid distribution site, tragedy struck:
Shells were fired into the crowd.
Hossam was there with his brother-in-law, Mohammed Zanad (who we've previously written about HERE), and Mohammed's son, Abdul Rahman, when the violence broke out. Hossam suffered minor injuries to his face, but his brother-in-law and nephew were badly injured; Mohammed was badly injured by shrapnel across his entire body, while Abdul Rahman suffered a severe injury to his right hand. As of this writing, he remains in a British field hospital awaiting evaluation; the little boy’s hand may require amputation.
After days without contact due to the internet outages in Gaza, Hossam messaged us this morning, frustrated and exhausted:
“We were together, the three of us, at the aid distribution site, and a missile fell on us and those present. Now we can only pray for them. He is a poor little boy. I hope God heals his hand. Please pray for him...”
Like so many in Gaza, the Al-Qazzaz family is trapped in an endless cycle of terror, injury, and loss. They are battling hunger, constant bombardment, and the inability to flee because of closer borders and war-induced financial hardship. Skyrocketing food prices and destroyed infrastructure make basic survival nearly impossible, forcing Hossam and others like him to go to these dangerous aid sites to simply not starve.
Please consider donating to the Al-Qazzaz family's fundraiser. Every dollar we send the Al-Qazzaz family helps Hossam and feed his wife, four young children, and elderly parents without having to risk death to do it; buy formula for the youngest child, baby Habiba; help support the family financially as they are continually forced to relocate and start over with every attack that claims their belongings; and cover any necessary medical care or other essentials for the family.
The trauma this family is enduring is unimaginable, and they need help urgently.
If you are able, we implore you: please share the Al-Qazzaz family's story far and wide, and donate, of you're able. Their campaign has stalled, and they haven't received any donations in days. If we all contribute even a little, we can help this precious family survive—and give them a chance to escape this nightmare.
You can donate to the Al-Qazzaz family's GoFundMe campaign here:

Table: Projected Fatalities by March 2025

"These figures are not speculative—they reflect the grim logic of total siege. Nearly one million Palestinians in Gaza, or 40% of the entire population, may already be dead or dying as a result of this genocide. Over half are children. This is not hyperbole. It is arithmetic backed by epidemiological modeling, humanitarian reports, and the lived reality on the ground.
Some may struggle to accept the scale of this toll. But Gaza has already provided ample evidence. By late 2024, Gaza’s own health officials were warning of “thousands of excess deaths” due to disease outbreaks and untreated conditions. International humanitarian workers described watching children die of dehydration and women die in childbirth with no medical help. In one field survey, over 60% of Palestinians reported losing at least one family member since the genocide began. In families of six to eight people, this means multiple losses in each household. The pain is collective, interwoven into the fabric of survival itself.
And still, many of these deaths go uncounted—not because they are invisible, but because the world has chosen to look away. The elderly man who dies because he cannot access dialysis. The infant who vomits blood from typhoid. The teenager with an infected wound that turns septic in a tent. The entire family who dies of hunger surrounded by fields of food they are not allowed to touch. These are not “indirect” deaths in the moral sense. They are central to the machinery of extermination. They are what make this genocide not just an event—but an ongoing system.
The magnitude of this loss is not always visible in news footage. But it is carved into Gaza’s epidemiological data. It is heard in the final voicemail of a doctor who could no longer treat his patients. It is felt in the testimonies of parents burying child after child. And it is codified in every policy decision that blocks aid, bombs hospitals, and calls starvation “necessary pressure.”
The indirect deaths may be harder to photograph—but they are no less real, no less intentional, and no less worthy of mourning and outrage. They are genocide by other means. They are the slow kill. And they must be counted."

Hello there everyone👋🇵🇸🍉
I hope this appeal finds you well. My name is Mahmoud Fathy Izzeddeen. I'm 34 years old single. I'm from Palestine and I am currently living in Gaza. The city has been witnessing a very brutal genocide for more than a year and that caused us big problems and challenges in getting important things for my family. My family are five siblings one of whom is an autistic young brother, he constantly needs very special care and mental medicine. My parents are hypertensive and heart patients my mother is type 3 diabetic patient. The genocide has impaired all my chances and efforts of finding a job as almost all schools have been bombed and the still-erected schools are shelters for displaced people. I was forced to use up all my money during the displacement and now I don't have enough money to buy the essentials of my household.
I need your support really bad. I seek donations to help me and my family get safer and more decent life outside the conflict. zone .your donation, no matter the size, would have a profound impact on the lives of my family members. 🇵🇸
I hope you take my cause seriously because it's vitally important.
Thanks in advance. ❤️🍉🍉

anyway you should always remember that all those foreigners you see dying on the news are just as real people as you are who have just as much interiority as you do. there is nothing about you that makes you more important and it is by pure chance that you are not in their position. in fact, this holds for all of history. every person, no matter the horror of the fate that befell them, had just as much interiority as you do. i feel like some people haven't fully internalized this.
EDIT: let's use this post for something good. if you are considering being annoying in my notes, please instead consider donating to gaza soup kitchen. thanks!

Please consider helping this Sudanese family! 13 family members rely on it since they are surviving a 2 year-long gencoide in Sudan. The country is going through the worst famine, and there is a cholera breakout!
Donate and share. They have been fundraising for a year, but donations have been painfully slow. It is the point where they have decided to lower the goal of 20K to 10K! There is $4,032 USD left to go! You can match me! I have given $5 USD, but you're more than welcome to give any amount!
This fundraiser is vetted by sudanfunds.com!
Tagging for reach. Please leave a reply if you wish to be removed. Thank you.
