As a 2006 Scripps alumna I just wanted to tell you that my fellow grads here in NYC (both from Scripps and Pomona) are talking about how impressed with you we are for taking a stand on this matter. To quote my friend who shared your post on FB "At any rate, to Casey, I want you to know that this Scripps woman supports you. And I hope your bravery is rewarded, not just with conversation, but sincere efforts to create a more inclusive and aware 5C environment for all POC."

Thank you so, so much for your support. I am glad to see alumna still being involved within the 5C community, despite any negative experiences they may have had. I’m anxious to see the changes that will follow ✊🏾💕
