She was the 38th incarnation of Elizabeth. At that point in time. Britannia had totally recovered from the Holy war, and the land was full of magic power. Seeking it, came a foreign tribe of warriors, whom Elizabeth was part of. 

She was born during a raid. 

Elizabeth always had a good heart and wanted nothing more than help her tribe and its people. And because of that desire, she hoped to find a new home for her people, on the rich land of britannia. Under the gaze of her King, she could not do anything but fight, and while unnoticed, heal as many people as she could. One day she met a Blonde boy, and with his help she managed to stop further blood being spilled and by marrying him, she unyfied her people and the people of britannia. The descemdemts of this Tribe of invading warriors (along with the natives of britannia) would one day form multiple kingdoms and found the Order of the "Holy Knights".

No one knows how she died, meliodas never revealed the reason. Her body was Burned on a Viking funeral style.
