Well then...

Yikes! It certainly has been a while since I’ve been on here. I know I don't post a lot, but I’m sure I’ll get better with things. I want to get better. Just gotta get used to screaming into the void.

Speedpaint - youtu.be/PjWu57iaX5U -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, this was fun :3    So, on Discord, I've put together a D&D server, and we are close to starting our first campaign, using the Pathfinder system. This is my character for said campaign. Taqir Ashborn, Ifrit Cleric of Sarenrae :3 I have drawn him before, but now that I've done his backstory, his design needed a bit of an update. And whilst redesigning, I took the oportunity to experiment with some new things :3     ~ Used the shading style I did on my chibis, and it works well in full scale     ~ Tried a different brush for sketching and lining. I'll definitely keep it for sketching, lining is up in the air for now     ~ And, New format for how I do full bodies. Shapes may vary for the backdrop, and the shadow thing will be tinkered with.

Overall, very happy with how he turned out :3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally got around to finishing this :3 Very happy with how it turned out ^w^ This is a redraw, and let me say, It is a HUGE improvement. I almost can't believe that they're both by me, they're that different (to me at least) Things improved here (that i've seen) ~ Anatomy - they dont look like weird elongated bendy people with balloon heads and tiny feet ~ Lines - they're smoother, and thicker too (that's more a style thing tho :3) ~ Colours - much better colour coordination, and less washy areas ~ Posing - They have weight and movement to them, and don't look like they're floating. also, they have JOINTS!

Then there is the fact that I actually finished this time. I did attempt to redraw this 2 years ago, but nop. kinda glad I didn't now. That one also had many problems  like everything was LOOOOOOOOOOOONG

I also experimented with a slightly different shading style here. It does need some improvement, but that will come in later pieces.
