Play yourself.
When your intent and heart is pure, know that every emotional investment is a win. Share this mornings note to self: A still quiet calmness ensues just thinking of you. But I thought “what pressure” when it comes to anyone outside of said self. If I am truly full of love within and content spending time by myself then don’t allow your emotional body to “feel” so much that you allow yourself to think you need to see them in the physical. Don’t let this physical reality alter your true reality. You may become vulnerable during said process but remember your inside this physical body and are supposed to feel. Just remember when you trust yourself and know your intent is love laughter, stillness and truth allow yourself permission to “play yourself”. Have faith in the few you have truly chosen to open your heart to, regardless of said “return”. The true teacher lies within. Trust yourself being vulnerable. Each moment of deep vulnerability is an immense opportunity for growth and self reflection. It’s okay to be passionate feel and cry. Just remember “feelings” are just that. Like waves, they come and go.
