Dinner in Samoa
Talk about culture shock . Polynesian food is just as vibrant and tasteful as it looks. We had various of cheeses, meats and breads which names I cannot pronounce but it was worth the try! In the gift shop there was a cookbook so I definitely purchased so I could bring those spices and flavors into my home cooking! The Otai was so sweet I didnt think Iβd like watermelon so much. Iβm so full! Canβt wait for tomorrowβs activities.

I prefered mine with sugarcane sugar but the rich coffee is so strong. My tour guide advised us that the Otai was the best beverage at the resort so I cant wait to try it..
