“Vengeance?” He was sure many swore against him, the ones he had murdered, hurt, destroyed. He was sure, if they all could mustard their hate together, they could of killed him from beyond the grave. Though if anything, the one he used to call his friend, would of wished for this misfortune upon the shadow.

“Most likely plenty of people want me dead. Though I do not fear their vengeance, so I do not fear you.” Talon made sure to grab the hilt of some daggers that were hidden in his coat. However, he did not throw them, not yet at least. He wanted to see the movements this so called spirit would make.

“Something wrong?” It was an odd question, one that put him on guard. This wasn’t how she would normally approach him for a ‘deal’ in fact she almost never did. It was one of her men, though the fact that he was sought after was what put him on guard right away as well. Of course while keeping his eyes locked onto her, he did make note of each and every shadow he had past on the way to her quarters. Sadly, there were none in quarters, at least none big enough to make him disappear on the spot, though his daggers should give him enough time to escape if need be.

Loyal? It was something useless, but at the very core, it was also something that was a fundamental law of the world. If you were loyal to no one, you were strong, if you were loyal to someone you were weak. That’s how he saw what being loyal was.

Though when he heard her question, his facial expression did not change. It was that of the static face he always wore. “Loyal? It is something I only grant to people that have proven themselves to me. Simple. If they ever believed I was a bretherin of theirs, it was all placed in a shadow. Someone who shouldn’t exist. I know Gangplank because of orders, to support him for a bit or to weaken him for a bit. Whatever pleased the Noxian leaders for that month. Though I care not for what Noxus wishes to do with this place now. I have no loyalty towards them either.”

He was only loyal to one man, the man who first bested him in battle. Though with his disappearance, the shadow was only loyal to a ghost now.

Ionia, it was the hardest place for the shadow to be. The natural light was bright when it was out so it was hard for the shadow to find a place to hide. Along with that, even at night the towns were bright. He hated it, and of course he was forced to keep to the forests and the wilds if he wished to travel as well hidden as he could.

Though when he heard what sounded like movement Talon looked around a bit before finally choosing to hide within a tree branch. Climbing up a nearby tree, Talon planted himself on the branch and watched under him to see if the source of the sound would past.

How simple minded she was, to fall for such an easy trick? Then again she was a pirate, he didn’t expect much from her. As long as he brought her information, that wasn’t that hard to get a hold of, he could roam bilgewater freely. Yet, he knew the trick would only last so long, and only a matter of time she figured out that some of his information wasn’t as solid as some others. Though all he needed was time, time to search the village. And time to search her documents. 

“Simple, Gangplank plans to return within the week. A few of his crew was sent early to scout ahead and well let’s just say, that crew members won’t be sailing anytime soon again with how we got the information.”

Though it was easy to make up information when he needed it, as long as it came to her rival it seemed like she would love to hear every bit of it...No matter how big of a lie it is. “Seemed like they were able to find some treasure from a small island near Ionia.”
