why DNI chococritter supporters? not that im a supporter, i dont really have an opinion on the community other than knowing that they have cute emotes. is there something I dont know?

I highly recommend checking out @blahblah-blah24 and his confession blog for more in detail explanations of why reki/ChocoCritters is bad but here's my take on it.

Reki (the owner and maker of the emojis) is very odd with how the server interacts with him. He has this higher then mighty attitude and its very uncomfortable. Reki also (as i know of) allows and encourages people to call him "My Lamb" or "Our Lamb", including letting minors call him that as an adult himself. He also is very openly against alters not source separating, which is none of his business as a singlet and just overall. Nobody should be forced to do anything. The staff team is mostly assholes who play favorites. They moderate other languages names and force people to put it in the Latin alphabet. The server is also just extremely toxic, casual racism and ableism is really awful there. Im all for separating the art from the artist, so idc about people using rekis emojis.

Sage is the most insufferable moderator we’ve seen in chococritters. All prn does is be an asshole, and then sends announcements whining about how people need to stop ignoring prn. Every time prn is around, prn is only nice to prns friends, and then prns surprised that people dont like prn? Not to mention prn is only a moderator because prn is a friend of staff. Cuz we know damn well if prn wasn’t a friend prn would’ve been banned already for being a dick.

hello!! i just wanted to ask your stance on endogenics/non traumagenic systems, as i saw you reposted something from a pro endo creator (https://www.tumblr.com/oceanmojis/782449887779422208?source=share)

not being rude with this at all by the way!! my tone is genuine and kind ^_^

oh sure, i dont mind. its going to be a bit long winded though, because this is a topic we have spent years thinking on.

TLDR; we dont really care, our system doesnt agree with itself for various reasons, and in terms of the blog, we dont care who interacts. (added by different alter than original)

as a preemptive note, however, we do have DID, as in the whole, fun, 'traumatized as a child repeatedly for many years' version. if it matters, we know about 600 alters in our system, and not all of us fully agree when it comes to this sort of thing. so our main opinion, and the opinion we run our blog on, is generally an agreement between all of us.

and... as it pertains to the blog, we largely dont care either way. its emojis, caring about if everyone is someone we would personally associate with or find 100% correct is... a lot of work and not something we're interested in.

there are a few emoji creators we don't particularly want to interact with because of drama and the like, but when it comes to 'im endo/im traumagenic', it really doesnt matter to us.

basically, if a creator doesnt want us to interact, they can block us, and if you dont want to interact with emojis we reblogged, thats fine. frankly, we dont check peoples statuses on things before reblogging, like, ever. (that specific one, we saw they said they dont care who interacts, and just went with that)

if you want a system take, its a bit more nuanced? ill put it under a cut just so its not super long.

essentially, i dont really think endogenic systems exist. but, that doesn't mean i dont think 'endos' can be systems, if that makes sense. part of having DID is not remembering your trauma, i think its perfectly normal and unsurprising to find a lot of, especially newly discovered, systems go 'i dont remember any trauma, so i must be endogenic! :0'

plus, trauma is bad. like, objectively, having trauma sucks ass. and if you like your system (like we do), you may not be mentally prepared to link something that you love with being abused and traumatized and hurt, particularly as a child.

theres also the issue of people thinking that its about alters, and when/what they split due to. which, frankly, just seems like a lack of information, from our point of view.

do i think thats the healthiest? no. but i also dont think that forcing people to look at trauma they may be in an unsafe place to interact with is healthier... and frankly, its not my place to decide that for them, because i dont know them. im willing to put in effort for friends (one of whom did think they could be endogenic before realizing trauma existed) in order to make sure theyre safe and healthy, but i won't overstep and try to do the same with strangers, or worse minors, who may actually be harmed by me poking them about this.

of course, im not a psychologist or a medical professional, so i dont think anyone needs to particularly listen to our stance on that. if endogenic systems can/do exist, i dont think its safe for them, or us, to interact with eachother as if we're the same, since a trauma disorder is never going to be the same as a non-trauma caused thing.

basically, i think if youre questioning being a system but you 'dont think you had trauma', 'dont think you had BAD ENOUGH events', or 'have alters that you want/didnt split from a traumatic event', i would say it might be a smart idea to look into DID when youre in a safe space to do so, preferably with a licensed professional, if possible.

but... anyways. we dont particularly believe in endogenic systems. and if they exist, i dont think they should be using the DID or system tag, because of the information cross over being so potentially harmful. this doesnt mean we'll really do anything about it, because we cant see into others heads, and we dont have any WANT to decide if others are lying or not, or if their reasons for saying things is 'good enough' for us.

adding this a day later, different alter i think. i think we should mention that while this is a nuanced take to post on an emoji blog, this is STILL the shortened version. if anyone plans on asking us a follow up question, youre free to, but some would take an actual conversation to explain and you might be better off just like, dming us. but if you care that much, youre 100% free to.

if youre just looking to see if you can/should use our emojis while disagreeing with our take one way or another... we frankly dont care if you do, we're not here to vet you, and we dont assume people using our emojis agree with our stances on these matters. its not support since we dont get paid, and its too little otherwise for it to give us any sort of emotional boost really. so like. if thats a concern, theres our opinion on that as well.

I understand dealing with it privately but when you trace again I will say that. If you take traced art down I’m willing to take down my post of it aswell. The most recently tracing is still up. I am busy right now but they are traced/copied from k9 who actually traced those themself. I also believe also copied Reki’s hug/cuddle emojis recently I have haven’t taken the time to post about it

This is a 3 am post so please bare with me.

Its come to my attention that this post has “called us out” for tracing a while ago. I will not lie yes they did from what I hear, but we did not block them for “calling us out.” Being new and not having used tumblr a bunch, whoever was fronting at the time didn’t know what was going on and blocked them and in all honesty forgot about you.

About almost year ago or so, an alter of ours who’s name i will not disclose did trace a few emotes, we don’t know why but he likes to impersonate others in and out of system and we’ve had multiple issues with this including this issue. We’ve so far stopped this to the best of our ability. I did not want to make it public. We apologized in private and took accountability for his actions, deleting the posts per request of the creators (who i knew he traced from).

We are still getting punished for the actions of that day as far as getting banned from emote servers and yes i understand the precautions and I do not blame them.

My advice to the creator of this post is to please mind your own business. Not everything must be published. Please do not post about things you don’t fully know. This is old news please do not resurface this, it does no good for anyone and I and the creators have moved on. I have personally apologized and asked it not to be published for a reason because we were ashamed of his actions and if you have a problem with it make sure to mention me when you talk shit about our account. We will not be responding to anything else you say to or about us.

Emojiblr and Emojicord all I ask of you is to stop being so contradictory

Stop claiming ablism but refusing others (reasonable) accommodations and fakeclaiming

Stop harassing people for using someone's emojis then getting mad that you can't use someone (Mostly people getting mad at those having posts liked or on accs then acting like everyone should let their emojis be used for aac)

Stop staying to defend minors then tear them down because you don't like that one

Please respect people's boundaries, no matter how silly

hi, I was also a user in the rentry. Ive tried to keep quiet about this but its still a very big fear of mine. Fortunately I was kept anonymous but still it hurts to see that my trauma/grooming experience was used as proof without my knowledge at all. Aswell as many others. Personal things that were ment to be a one time showing to a select few are now out there for everyone to see. (Was sent as proof for a ban in another server and im not sure at all how or who sent it to them (skelcord) ) It makes me uncomfortable and scared for my safety. Just because the general public of emojicord/blr is against tetris doesn't mean everyone is. Who knows who all will go after the victims of Tetris' grooming for "justice" on Tetris' rightful shunning. Even if I wanted to be taken out of the rentry/doc I'd be revealing my identity and I just can't do that for my own safety and well-being. Emojicord/blr needs to realize that not everyone is ready to come out about their experiences with online grooming. Especially when the person has a lot of ways on getting around blocks/bans. Tetris has and probably will continue to avoid blocks and bans with alt accounts. You wouldn't even know if it was prn. Not to mention tetris has a lot of people who "spy" for prn. Im not sure if they still do after all the shit that came out about Tetris but im sure with how much Tetris is capable of manipulating minors to get prn information, prn has already got more.
