How To Make A Salt Scrub

First the things you will need:

1) A jar to hold the scrub 2) Pick a kind of salt you want to use. For this I used Epsom salt. 3) Oil, any oil, olive oil coconut oil, almond oil ANYTHING! 4) Any essential oil you want.

That’s the beauty of this its so versatile. Use anything you want.

Step one: Take your jar and fill it about half way with your salt of choice. There will be play room with this. It will depends on what consistency you want.

Step two: pour in your oil. Remember to leave room to stir it so it doesn’t spill. When I did this I ended up pouring a bit out after wards so that I could fit in more salt.

Step three: stir! Make sure you like the consistency and adjust as needed.

Step four: add in your essential oil. Use your judgement. Stir it again and see what you smell if you are satisfied, your done! Put the lid on and use it in the shower next time!

This is a great way to add witchyness into your daily life. Salt is great to purify, and this will help with dry skin as well. As you scrub just imagine that all your stress is washing away with the water.
