She settled herself on a nice floral dress, accessories and all, she was presentable always. Luckily today she was going to relax, take a walk, it wasn’t until someone tapped her shoulder. Turning her eyes were on Thorn. “A date?” she tilted her head, trying to remember the last time she went on one. “Lead the way.”

             thorn  let  out  a  sigh  of  relief  at  the  girl’s  response,  “  yes,  a  date  !  ”  she  nodded  and  gestured  the  other  to  follow  her.  “  i  can  always  count  on  you  to  be  the  best  dressed  person  in  the  room  without  even  trying.  perhaps  you  just  look  good  in  whatever  you  wear.  ”  when  they  were  outside,  she  took  a  breath  of  fresh  air  before  pointing  at  the  direction  of  the  place  she  was  assigned  to.  “  i  hope  you  don’t  mind  walking  a  few  blocks,  it’ll  take  less  than  ten  minutes,  i  promise.  ”  and  just  like  that,  they  were  approaching  the  fancy  establishment.  her  eyes  widened  at  how  high  the  chandeliers  were.  “  ok,  hold  onto  my  arm,  it  could  get  dangerous  if  they  figure  us  out.  but,  hey,  there’s  going  to  be  free  food.  ”

                          things  have  been  oddly  slow  at  the  headquarters  with  the  professor  missing  for  the  better  part  of  the  day  ,  something  about  important  errands  to  run  ,  vegas  didn’t  know  ,  he  stopped  paying  attention  the  moment  he  got  a  text  notification  from  tokyo    &  maybe  he  shouldn’t  have  stopped  paying  attention  then  he’d  know  to  hide  somewhere  else  in  the  headquarters  so  he  wouldn’t  be  disturbed  ,  but  alas  ,  now  vegas  has  to  pay  for  the  consequences  .              ❛            excuse  me    ?  do  i  look  like  an  escort  to  you    ?             ❜         voice  edging  on  a  shout  .  there  he  was  ,  peacefully  minding  his  own  business  when  thorn  came  &  barged  in  his  own  tranquility  with  a  request  that  sounded  worse  than  the  ideas  cali  usually  has  .

            the  girl  wasn’t  one  to  be  speechless,  but  she  couldn’t  help  but  look  vegas  up  and  down  at  his  retort.  “  a  simple  no  could  have  sufficed.  ”  she  turned  away  from  him,  and  was  about  to  walk  away  when  she  realized  she  forgot  to  answer  his  question.  turning  back  slowly  with  her  lips  forming  a  smirk,  the  girl  put  her  hand  on  her  hip,  “  if  i  said  you  didn’t,  i’d  be  lying.  have  a  good  day  doing  whatever  or  whoever.  ”

          𝙏𝙃𝙀  𝙎𝙀𝘼𝙍𝘾𝙃𝙀𝙍  took  final  check  at  herself  in  the  mirror.  thorn  was  more  of  a  solo  rider,  but  she  the  place  she  was  checking  out  today  required  a  partner.  however,  she  had  no  idea  who  her  partner  was  going  to  be,  and  decided  to  go  to  anyone  who  looked  pretty  presentable.  she  rushed  around  and  finally  settled  randomly.  she  tapped  their  shoulder,  “  uh,  this  is  random,  but  can  you  come  with  me  somewhere  and  pretend  to  be  my  date  ?  i  can  pay  you  if  you  want.  ”

           𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐃   at  the  other  in  astonishment,  “  sometimes  i  wonder  what  goes  on  inside  that  head.  ”  the  girl  decided  it  would  be  a  great  idea  if  the  risk  of  losing  her  eyebrows  wasn’t  there.  “  you  know  what,  we  could  do  something  a  little  less  .  .  .  sticky .  .  .  perhaps  a  hundred  layers  of  a  mud  mask ?  that’d  be  much  funnier  and  far  less  risky.  ”  thorn  reached  into  her  bag,  always  carrying  at  least  two  mini  tubs  of  the  mud  —  you  never  know  when  emergency  skin  care  could  take  place.

hana grew up in the big city of seoul, and honestly, she practically raised herself. with an absent father and a good for nothing mother, she was forced to mature at a young age. most of the time she would cook her own meals in the empty apartment, study like crazy, and go to sleep only to repeat the cycle everyday.

now, she wasn’t well off from her family because they were out doing their own things most of the time, but because of her looks she ultimately was treated like a princess by classmates from elementary to high school. 

she was very careful never to reveal her true family structure to anyone else, so they would just assume after seeing her new makeup and accessories she was wealthy.

it was supposed to be a one time thing. hana had always been great at strategies, and when her so-called friends wanted to shoplift some expensive makeup, she easily obliged—after talking herself a deal of them pocketing half and her walking away with half as well. 

she made such a plan that none of the cameras would see them at the angle at which they were stealing. it worked out in the end and while she was onlooking the whole operation, she felt a rush that she never felt before. it was something different in the tasteless cycle of her life.

change was coming faster than hana expected, and soon it was getting bigger. more makeup, clothes, handbags, but never jewelry. jewelry was something too risky, even for her. but one faithful day in her last months of high school, hana devised her best plot yet. it was full-proof. all that was left was to assemble the team, and they would be in and out. she honestly just needed the money for her plans to go to college in the states, away from her shackling life, but lied to the classmates that were up for it. she made up a lie about how it was all just a game- like some sort of escape room. the incentive for the students was a cash prize she claimed to be at the end and signed autographs from famous idol groups.

hana scammed them so hard, taking all the jewels and selling it for twice the value. she ended up making a revenue of 3 million US dollars. 

however, the students that eventually realized what went down went hunting for her without police because bro they literally committed a crime by accident lol dumbasses ( hana rly picked the dumbest bunch that would j do what she said )

as smart as hana was, the money was stored in the apartment that she thought no one entered except for her. but, she was wrong, and her parents paid her a visit just days after the heist. they found the money, robbed her ( IRONY? KARMA? IDK ! ), and left a mere 40k for her to live the rest of her life on her own with. the apartment was put up for sale, and she found herself on the cheapest flight to spain after graduation.

she joined the crew out of self interest and honestly was in it for her own cut for about two years. ig after that long with them she grew a lil heart and finally accepted them as people that she can relate to and would lw take a bullet for. in the beginning it was all about the goal, but now it’s about the goal and safety more than anything.

summary: i j rambled how she was a scammer and got SCAMMED !  (tables were turned) and then went to japan to get far enough out of the reach of her old life, but close enough to turn around and go back for revenge *cue evil screech*. she grew a heart, but it’s still underneath a lot of sarcasm and sass ;o hmu

            𝙎𝙋𝘼𝙄𝙉  𝙃𝘼𝘿  its  own  wonders  and  relics,  ibiza  especially,  and  sarang  was  determined  to  see  more.  it  wasn’t  worth  being  stuck  in  such  a  beautiful  location  to  stay  cooped  up  in  a  hotel  room.  she  put  on  her  favorite  strawberry  picnic  dress,  that  had  been  saved  for  especially  wondering  the  streets  of  ibiza,  and  quickly  sent  a  picture  to  soojeong  :

        as  she  scrambled  to  put  everything  she  thought  she  needed  into  her  purse,  sarah  couldn’t  see  if  soojeong  had  replied  or  not.  in  all  honesty,  she  was  so  excited  about  this.  not  only  the  exploring,  but  whom  she  was  going  to  spend  the  day  with.  it  took  her  all  not  to  be  starstruck  every  time  she  saw  the  other  girl.  it  was  like  meeting  a  role  model  or  an  idol,  the  awe  of  it  all  still  struck  her  after  all  this  time.  sarang  quickly  snapped  out  of  her  thoughts  and  was  on  the  elevator  down  before  she  knew  it.  as  the  elevator  doors  opened  and  the  other  was  in  full  view,  she  felt  herself  smiling  widely  and  waving  her  hand.  “  you’re  lucky  i  didn’t  eat  breakfast,  now  i’m  going  to  eat  all  of  ibiza  myself,  ”  she  said  whilst  approaching  the  girl.  soojeong  looked  as  radiant  as  ever,  “  this  is  going  to  be  fun  !  ”

sarah did not come from a well-off family. she came from a broken home, and honestly, she just put the past behind her at this point. she made something of herself on her own, and doesn’t remain in contact with anyone other than her cousin.

she made a hit brand of makeup after being on various platforms. her hit brand , ELEMENTAL , is an infusion of makeup and everyday skincare.

she is very closed off, but when it comes to love, she is all or nothing. she gives her all to everyone she opens her heart to, and her latest relationship didn’t end up so well, but she’s ready to get back out there.

sarang loves to get approached by fans/socialites. she loves making friends and connections, but will never be caught dead approaching someone on her own. she needs a little push ( like getting wasted ) to actually start conversations with people

at the tragic birthday party, her goal was to get completely wasted and find a rich rebound. this didn’t end up happening because when she’s wasted she’s a mess ( crying, over-talking, etc )

she was a bio-chem major in college, and makes her formulas for makeup and skincare from start to bottom by herself. she doesn’t trust labs or big corporations to help her because they are all about money, but she genuinely loves what she does despite that. of course, she gets her close team review and check if everything is in order. 

she really isn’t very blunt, but if someone rubs her off the wrong way, she can be even more distant than normal.
