sun   often   had   so   many   energy   to   spare,   to   smile   &&   to   be   kind,   something   he   always   prided himself   in,   but   now   lacks.   he   feels   tired   and   exhausted   after   coming   back   with   blake.   he   barely noticed   his   friend   with   how   distracted   he   seemed   to   be,  when   she  made   her   presence   clear,   however  ---   he   reacted   with   a   grin   as   he  began   to   speak.

            she didn’t even notice him at first, silver gaze passing right by him without much enthusiasm. it wasn’t until ruby did a double take that she noticed the golden - haired faunus looking rather frazzled. with a gasp parting her lips, little red raced forward &. promptly tackled her old monkey friend.  ‘  sun ? sun ! you’re here ! what are you doing here ?  ‘  ruby asked before she realized it was a DUMB question.  ‘  wait, you go to haven. i’m still so glad to see you !  h - have you seen blake ?  ‘

he   wasn’t   the   brightest,   he   wasn’t   the   person   you   could   trust   when   it   came   to   reading   emotions,   what   someone   wanted   to   say   merely   by   their   body   language.   he   could   tell   she   was   busy,   however,   he   wouldn’t   be   swayed   and   still   attempt   to   chat   her   up.

           meticulous   hands   fiddled   with   her   weapon,   using  it   as   a   way   to   disappear   from   conversation.    she    was   busy.    couldn’t   he   see   that   ?   (   well   —-   she   wasn’t   actually   busy,   but,   she   tried   to   look   it,   at  least.   )   it   wasn’t   as   if   she   disliked   his   company,  but,   she   really   wanted  to  be   alone   right   now.   /   @blessdsun​

his   features   can’t   change   fast   enough,   maybe   he   was   feeling   a   little   moody,   lonely,   but   the   moment   he   felt   thin   lips   against   his   cheeks,   his   face   was   filled   with   warmth   and   his   heart   came back   to   life   once   more.   his   shining   blue   eyes   sparkle   as   he   catches   her   eyes   that   always   reminded   him   of   a   full   moon,   how   whole   she   made   him   feel,   how   loved   he   felt   around   her.

&&   he   felt   giddy,   with   a   smile   on   his   features,   the  butterflies   in   his   stomach    took   life   again.   ( they   always   did,   with   each   smile,   touch,   even   worry   made   his   heart   warm   &&   happy.   )   he   smooches   her    back,   soft   and   gentle,   but   yet   with   a  powerful   message   of   love,   compromise  &&   loyalty.

he   can’t   help   but   be   concerned,   the   muscles   on   his   face   move   to   form   a   worried   expression,   he   always   worried   too   much   about   blake,   he   knew   she   could   look   after   herself,   that   he   wasn’t   needed   on   this   trip,   that   he   was   merely   a   hindrance   to   her  goal.  but   sun   always   felt   like   a   hindrance,   nothing   strange.   however,   he  noticed    blake   more   quiet   than   usual,   more   tired.   perhaps   his   imagination,   or   something   was   going   on.

&&   he   asks,   his   features   ridden   with   worry,   but   nothing   too   major.   he   trusted   neptune,   of   course   he   did   !   his   best   friend   knew   him   too   well,   he   was   glad   to   have   such   a   caring   friend.   but   maybe   this   wasn’t   the   best   of   neptune’s   choices,   sun   always   preferred   to   be   shirtless   or   with little   clothing   as   possible.   sun   was   always   really   warm.   plus,   he   was   sure   this   wasn’t   his   size.

❛   i   know  you   know   your   fashion   and   all   that   stuff,   but   ---   isn’t   this   a   little   too   tight   ?   if   i   could   flex,   i’m   pretty   sure   this   suit   wouldn’t   make   it   !   still   ---   it   looks   pretty   cool   on   me   !   ❜

  neptune   had   good   fashion   sense,   while   sun   couldn’t   deny   he   looked   good,   the   size   and   fit   of   it   bothered   him,   nothing   he   couldn’t   get   used   to,   though.
