Day 1  of 21 day plan of the Bad Ass Diet by Christmas Abbott! I hungry and I ate breakfast just a couple of hours ago....I’m doing the most extreme of the choice of plans, called the Modifier. I am only 5′2″ so I have to follow “the mighty” plan which is one that has the least amount of bricks...Bricks equate to portions of food. I was supposed to have the following for breakfast:  1 egg, 1/2 apple and 1 t Peanut butter with water, coffee, or green tea. I opted for 1 poached egg, and a whole apple and 1 (heaping) teaspoon of crunchy PB. A Starbucks Cafe Americano, and a 20 ounce ice water. This is not a whole lot of food! It’s 10:19am and I’m hungry :0   Breakfast was supposed to be 2 bricks but with the extra 1/2 apple I’m thinking thats an extra brick, but, in the 1 Brick Measurement a quarter of an apple says 1 brick! So, it’s unclear to me....I feel like I’m eating so much less anyway that it’ll be fine...Supposed to weigh, measure, and photograph myself today for a before. My scale needs a new battery, I need my husband to do the picture taking and he’s at the gym and I will eventually sometime today measure myself...
