Scooter Dooter was allowed of the leash for the first time and decided swimming in the creek with hubs getting wet chasing him was the way to go! A bath was imminent. (at Our Island)

After a brutal weekend I wanted risotto for comfort. Alas, I’m out of arborio rice. So, I winged this using leftover #lentilpasta and farrow pasta. Sautéed onions and oak mushrooms. This was heaven in a bowl. Dinner. Mushroom risotroganoff. (at Hartstene Pointe)
