Improving your memory
Date of reading : 12.05.2021
Author : Rebecca Vukovic
Everyone sometimes forgets where they left their keys or what they were supposed to do at the time. Such lapses of memory are completely normal in everyone. However, we should do everything in our power to make them happen as rarely as possible. There are a lot of things to do to improve your memory. There are many things you can do to avoid such memory lapses.
One way to improve your memory is to use supplements to help take care of our memory and make our memory lapses weaker and less frequent. We should, of course, use these natural plant-based supplements instead of cloud supplements, which can increase our problem not only with our memory but also with the rest of our oraganism.
There are also memory exercises that allow us to improve it. Various logic games and puzzles will help us to do this. They force our brain to work constantly. Thanks to this it gets used to such work, by starting to remember more information, which leads to a decrease in our memory lapses.
Thanks to these ways, we are able to increase our memory and prevent memory loss from making our lives miserable, and when we get to the point of getting rid of it completely, our lives will be simpler.

How teachers are working with students to mitigate stress
Date of reading : 21.04.2021
Author : Dominique Russell
Data consistently shows that students are dealing with high levels of stress and other mental health issues, and that many choose to turn to their teachers for support with these struggles. A new report published in the Australian Journal of Education looks at how teachers manage student wellbeing concerns and academic stress in order to progress learning.
An interview was conducted on 22 teachers from different schools to gain insight into their perspectives and experiences. The educators were asked to share how they manage student wellbeing needs and academic performance, the support structures available in their school context, and the causes of stress in students.
‘Teachers proactively sought ways to create margins of time and space (mental and physical) for their students, whether by buffering the pressures of an overcrowded curriculum and data-driven audit cultures, finding physical outlets for stressed and traumatised students, or providing mental breaks and mindful time for overwhelmed students,’ the researchers write.
The interviews revealed three main themes: pressures and stresses students bring with them to school; academic pressures and stresses encountered at school; and the role of teachers as mitigators and mediators.
Teachers try to help children in schools with conversation and support from a psychologist. Teachers try to help children in schools with conversation and support from a psychologist. Any child can come to any teacher or school psychologist with their problem.

Date of reading 08.12.2020 Author: Marti Palla Title of article: PRESCHOOL CHILDREN’S SENSITIVITY TO THE GENERIC AND NON-GENERIC DISTINCTIONS Date of publication: 5th August 2019 Some things are obvious to us, but unfortunately not for everyone and at any age. We perceive some differences when we gain more experience or when we reach a certain age and become more aware.
In the kindergarten in Białystok research has been carried out to check how children react to pronouns implemented in similar tenses. They have been presented to them in reference to the pictures. Several excercises showed that the older the children the more differences they preceive in certain tenses and the context which they were written in reference to the illustration given. Younger children didn’t notice any difference in the tenses with pronoun added, while older children became more and more aware of differences in tasks with and without pronouns.
Summing up, the older we get, our brain begins to better distinguish the influence of the pronoun on the given sentence and its context.
