Wishing for that special BZG thing to happen! Not the definite thing, the OTHER BZG thing. And with all the suppory everyone's given over the past three years, it just may!
reblog and make a wish! this was removed from tumbrl due to “violating one or more of Tumblr’s Community Guidelines”, but since my wish came true the first time, I’m putting it back. :)

BIG ZEN HAT NEWS
So how’s everybody doin’ lately? You feelin’ good? Doin’ good? Good, good. You ready for some pretty exciting news? Bizenghast news? Bizenghast news involving books and stuff? Bizenghast book news involving actually really exciting news that I’m figuratively dying to tell you?
Well you can’t hear it. Not til we announce it. On an unrelated note, where’s everyone gonna be at San Diego Comic-Con this year? You going to the Tokyopop panel? For some cool and exciting announcements?
You should go. Trust me.
On another totally unrelated note, Bloggerghast is starting up again soon. Not related to anything. Nope. Show your support for this blog. Your support thus far for Riddle Road and Bloggerghast and all things BZG is what’s helped make new and exciting things happen! OMG I TOTALLY WANT TO TELL YOU BUT I CAN’T, AHHHHHHHH!

HIATUS
Hey guys!
So Bloggerghast will be going on a hiatus for awhile...although I’ve really enjoyed doing this blog, we just don’t have enough patrons on our Patreon page to keep it going every single day! I spent the last few weeks trying to sort out a new format that would allow me to continue it, but it’s just a lot of work for my schedule. So until I can find another way to fund the weirdness, we will take a short break from the daily lives of the Mausoleum.
Patrons will be debited at the end of this month just for outstanding posts, and then not again until the blog starts up again, so no worries! Thank you SO MUCH to the generous people who have supported this blog so far and helped create new characters and stories for the world of Bizenghast (especially Panic At the Disco)! You are fantabulous people! :D <3
Love,
The Management

Ahem
Dear Everybody-Diary,
Today I caught Di-Di snooping through my stuff, no doubt trying to find those appropriated pages of the original log books, which I stashed away for safekeeping in a place that is definitely not under my bed, behind my bookcase, zipped up inside my bean bag chair or stuffed into an Atari cartridge and stuck inside the vintage console next to my TV.
Seriously girl, what kind of amateur do you take me for? Everybody stay out of my room or I'm covering my door in fire ants and tar. My biz is my biz.

Very Well
Let the records show that Guildsman Edrear is dictating this official entry to our dear sister Miss Dinah.
I have no trouble doing my job, brother. And even if Master At the Disco is a raccoon, I will continue to do my job with a minimum of distractions.
Signed,
Guildsman Edrear

WINNER
Ha HA! We did it! We got through the tenth vault tonight, AND before sunrise! Eat it, world!
And eat it too, baby brother, because tomorrow night Panic is YOUR problem. I'm gonna enjoy my vacation while you haul that dirty rat around on a leash.

Hmmm
So Edaniel is still working on that last vault with Panic. I think when he goes off to work tonight, I'll have a little look around to see where he stashed those extra pages from the archive. I'd like to know what he's hiding.

FINALLY
Today's jive: FINALLY we're at the tenth vault! It's only been totally AGONIZING for me to have to work with Panic At the Disco all by myself...and by work with, I mean drag around on a leash through ghost dreams while he does absolutely nothing useful. Nothing I love better than visiting the same vaults over and over and over because my "agent" lacks the brain capacity to do his job right the first time. But by sheer accident (and a lot of extra work on my part), we're finally entering our tenth vault tonight! After that, he's YOUR problem, Edrear. And welcome to it.

Something Fishy
Today's entry:
Ugh, it's been two DAYS and we aren't any closer to deciphering this pile of raccooned-up papers than we were before. Yeah, we managed to figure out more of Elala's writings, but nothing about the archive! All this stuff contains is a bunch of scribblings about who did what that day, what work got done, what they had for lunch, what the weather was like, what the trees looked like around the clearing, what phase the moon was in, etc.
At least we have Bake Sale fiascos and underground otherworldly cults. Heck, we even burned down the Guildsman's Ball. Are you seriously telling me NOTHING of any interest happened in 300 years before Vincent and I got here?
I think Edaniel's hiding something from us. He keeps stashing away certain pieces of the recovered logs and saying they're too damaged to read. I'm gonna get to the bottom of this.
Signed,
Guilds(wo)man Dinah

The Archive
Today's entry: This evening, Edaniel, Vincent and I sat at the table in the common room and tried to piece together the scratched up and torn papers that Panic At the Disco liberated from wherever Elala first hid the hundreds of daily archives. Edrear did not help, as his reading's not the best and he's still grounded.
Besides smelling strongly of raccoon, the logs are pretty difficult to decipher. I know Elala and Eniri were more old-fashioned than their brothers (or Edaniel, at least), but I wasn't prepared for this...old-timey writing. A lot of thees and thous and f's instead of s's and flowy handwriting that's very pretty to look at, but really difficult to read. Also doesn't help that Elala's approach to spelling is...pretty creative, as is her use of certain words.
Edaniel was actually really useful in this regard. He was close to his sister and read things written by her before, so while Vincent and I played jigsaw puzzles with the paper fragments and taped them together, Edaniel read them out and tried to translate them onto a separate piece of paper.
A lot of it is mostly innocuous info...what the daily goings-on for that particular day were, what work got done, what the weather was like (in the words of one recording: "Faire waf the Spring Evenon Upon which We Woake Thyf Daye." No idea what an "evenon" is, but apparently it was extremely Faire). I'd say it was some kind of fancy ren-faire writing, but I'm pretty sure no one but Elala ever wrote like this.
We did see a mention here and there to "The Archyve," which we're assuming is the room in which Elala stashed all these records to keep them safe. So while Edaniel goes off with Panic tonight into the vaults, Vincent and I will stay here and try to keep finding clues to the location of the archive. That's all for today.
Signed,
Guilds(wo)man Dinah

Not As Such
Well, we'll at least be able to gather the log papers he DID get. From them, we might find a clue as to where the rest of the daily logs are hidden. You never know. Now who wants to help me clean out Panic's nest? -Di
