First week of January we go to MP's to try their best menu and to try their services and to bond with the whole friends. We enjoy the conversation because of their delicious menu is the coffee frappe. When we went to mp's we were excited because everyone of us it is the first time to go their and when we arrived at the place It was very nice and clean, it is located at Waling-waling St, Poblacion, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

Tablea
Tablea is known as the chocolate tablet in the Philippines, it is intruduce by the spaniards,  Tablea is a Spanish word-meaning tablet, and tsokolate is a Filipino word-meaning chocolate. It is a thick hot chocolate specially made from cacao balls. The tablea can also be a thick disk or flat, and even in square form. But the balls are the most popular form made, and is considered as one of Batangas delicacies. Even jose rizal wrote about it in the Novel  Noli me Tangere (Touch Me Not), It should be noted that in the novel a lot of scenes depicted dining and social gatherings. A historical account that even then illustrates Filipinos fondness for drinking and dining. During the time of Rizal in Europe chocolate drink is already a popular drink even served in salons, not only confined to the nobility. But when it is served by a priest  in a colonial society it can denote politics. It is favor when served as chocolate eh (eh-espreso or thick chocolate) and disfavor once served as chocolate ah (ah- aguado or watered chocolate). I find it interesting and very  perceptive on Rizal's account of serving chocolate drink during his time. And in relation to this chapter titled Rulers of San Diego,drinking chocolate connotes power. The powerful like the Cura/Priest has monopoly of chocolate but what is dispense to his  visitors depends on his affinity to them.

Way back in 2018 when the marist café introduced a little thing called the Cappuccino Frappe. The Cappuccino has less milk, and a stiff head of foam, whereas the Latte has a short head of foam. All a Mocha brings is the addition of chocolate (usually syrup). The Cappuccino and Frappe drink quickly took over the cultural conversation, compelling people to visit the marist café in droves for a taste of its fantasy-creature-inspired flavor which was, weirdly, quite bitter and of course, it really taste like heaven (swear).
